Booked this trailer in Angwin CA expecting to pick it up at that location. I was not told that the trailer would need to be picked up at another location when I booked it. Not the pick up locations fault.

I reserved the motorcycle U-haul online for one day and rescheduled over the phone for the next and when I went to pick it up, the paperwork was not ready, my online version was and he needed to update again, because his system was old. The left taillight was burned out, no blinker, no brake light, no bulb...he told me that my Jeep lights will be good enough, I worried the whole 7 hour round trip.

I have dropped off multiple vehicles and trailers at this location. For some reason, even though I know I left at least as much if not more fuel and cleaned the vehicle as good if not better, I have been "taxed" with gas charge, cleaning, etc. In the past I have been too busy to complain, but the latest $15 fee irked me when I picked up a trailer from snowy areas with a little debris in it, I returned it cleaner (not that it was an issue the way I picked it up) than I got it on the inside and the exterior was the same... snow area to snow area... when I asked on the phone what had to be cleaned, there was no notes on what. The owner did plan to return the fee, but nothing so far. I will rent and drop off somewhere else next time. Only place this has ever happened.

We had to drive farther to drop off location and the business wasn't open. There was a drop off place closer. The ‘dispatch' system is very inconvenient and should be reconstructed. U-Haul should have their employees move trucks to the desired customer pick up location not have the customers take the trucks. Also, receiving your truck with only 1/4 tank of gas makes the customer use the rental time to get gas. Trucks should(like rental cars)have a full tank,if they don't, U-Haul employees should be responsible to have them full for the customer.

James did a great job when I went to rent a Uhaul. I appreciate the way he explained in detail the process of renting the Uhaul. I will definitely use a Uhaul in this area again if ever needed in the future.

Not only did the woman checking our trailer back in use the f word numerous times, she continued to insult me. When she was finished she just walked away.... I had to track down another employee to see if everything was complete before I was able to leave. The very rude employee was named Stephanie, I believe. I am a business owner myself and I would be modified if any of my employees behaved this way!

Milage was determined by your computer, I went straight to destination location, then straight to drop off location and was charged for overage of ten+ miles.

Did not have the equipment I reserved originally. Did get another truck that was bigger. Was told I wouldn't be charged extra for it. Was told first 30 miles were free and .79 cents a mile thereafter. Was charged for all miles driven at 1.09 per mile. Very dissatisfied with uhaul. Advertise reasonable rental rents for a truck but then get hit with a huge per mileage fee and have to fill up the gas tank too.

I've already complained via phone and numerous emails. This was THEE most terrible experience in moving history for me. Every single move that I've ever made has been with U-Haul. I get terrible service this time. First I was sent to the wrong pick up location and I complained about over the phone with 2 separate reps only to be given excuses. They both new very well that U-Haul had no business listing a pick up location the hasn't rented out U-Haul trucks/trailers in over a year and a half. Then the reps make excuses. There's really no excuse that a company that has as many employees could not have caught that issue. If U-Haul cannot stand behind there company and maintain a good level of integrity by rectifying this situation, then I will personally no longer be a U-Haul customer.

Have the employees of the facility tidy things up inside. The service was great, but the interior needs some cleaning up, as I was slightly offput by the state of the facility. By no means am I saying I was dissatisfied with the level of care I received, the employee I worked with answered my every question and got me in and out of there and on my way within as few steps as possible, and the equipment was in amazing condition when I received it. So much so that I washed it myself before I returned it. I am overall pleased with my experience.

The guy showed up late and then it took a half hour to do the paperwork, etc. before we could leave. I did the online check in thinking it would save time on a busy moving day. The gas gauge representation on the paperwork was not accurate. We wound up getting charged even though we returned it with more gas than there was at the start.

TELL THE CUSTOMER ABOUT A “CLEANING FEE.” There was no mention about a cleaning fee, especially since the trailer was in the same condition as we received it.

Gas tank not full. Molded blankets . Threw them away........owner nice $ pleasant .... small town ... would I again ? Bring in Pods ..... Everyone I spoke with said they would have rather use a PiD , or similar .... but not offered in this area . U Haul should open expand to something similar and I bet you will get so much more business in this area and similar areas.... growth home sales are booming here !!! Much more vividness , personal .... I see Opportunities in masses ahead.....
