Truck had over 125,000 miles on it. Filthy. Motor was extremely loud and could explode at any time. Filthy. Sounded like muffler was missing. Filthy. When we returned the truck, we filled out all of the questions. One of the questions asked if the truck was clean. We said NO!!! Well, we were charged an extra $25.00 cleaning fee. No one was available to accept the equipment. Instructions on the front desk was to call the phone number. Blade, over the phone, told us to just leave the truck and trailer without any type of inspection. Drop off location seems to be a motel, now used for homeless people. Did not seem like a secure or safe location.Robert R.
Chris was great and had my truck and trailer ready to go and in working order. I had also requested furniture pads, a hand truck, appliance dolly, and a furniture dolly w/ my move reservation. However, there was not an appliance or furniture dolly to be had which was critical to my move. I wish that would have been communicated to me in advance so I could have planned accordingly. My truck' s windshield was dirty and the cab smelled of cigarettes but the storage portion was very clean.Christopher B.
The person put full tank for gas, when it was a1/4 of tank in the U-Haul. We had to fuel tank to get back home, just across the street from the business. We are in the process of getting the situation ratified through U-Haul.Terry M.

No one at location. Called phone number at drip off location several times...no answer and voicemail full. Called corporate and held for extended time...customer service did not pick up. Took a video of the truck to show return condition and dropped key in box. Do not charge a convenience fee.Phillip W.
The guy at the counter wasn't very knowledgeable to answer my questions I had. He do the application for the Uhaul on his phone which I wasn't sure about but I needed it. I paid for the Uhaul with a debit card and instead of it coming up as a purchase for the Uhaul it came up as a purchase for the hotel which is where the Uhaul's are located. The place was old and looked to be in need of some maintenance. I walked to the Uhaul to check it out before I signed or gave money the truck was dirty on the inside as if someone else had used it and they didn't clean it. The guy didn't act to interested in helping or was interested in coming out. Will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends.Jennifer N.
After having to reschedule an auto transport since the first location did not have one returned by the customer on schedule, this was the location traffic directed me to. First there was no one at the location. I had to call repeatedly and finally uhaul stepped in. I had to check out over the phone and hooked up the auto transport by myself. Fortunately I know how to drive large trucks and trailers so it was no issue for me but anyone else with less experience could have been a disaster. Second the trailer they gave me had a flat and I had to get roadside assistance to come out and fix that.Jahret S.
I never even saw the person at this location. I had to search around and find a phone number to call and then the whole interaction was done over the phone. I refused the extra insurance coverage but then it showed up on my bill anyway. Not good. I hooked up the trailer on my own and never saw anyone. didnt notice the left trailer light didnt work when i picked up till i was on the road. the hotel or squat house was in need of a good broom and cleaning. the guy at the front counter didnt know how to do anything he had to call someone to come do the paperwork.Dana H.
I waited at the front desk for an hour, I called the customer service line, and I called a local number and no one was able to provide information on where anyone was at. Finally some guy showed up and was rude and disrespectful. And seemed to be bothered because he was waken up. Then he about refused to provide me with the dollys that I had purchased. They did not provide any furniture pads so I need to be refunded for that. Just an overall horrible experience that put me way behind schedule cause of the hour plus long wait to get the key. I didn't leave the pick up location until almost 11:30am. Never send me to that location ever again.eben R.
I confess I was a little concerned about picking up a rental truck at a hotel, but my worries were for nothing as it all went well. The truck was in good shape and easy to drive. It was perfect for my needs and So convenient. I would readily rent from there again and highly recommend it!Rhonda T.

Motel with terrible parking for big trucks. Lady behind the counter had no idea how to check a truck in so I did the mobile check-in she did provide me with the WiFi password. Just not what I would of expected from uhaul.Michael T.
I used the truck to move a washer and dresser a mile from my house one round trip got got charged for over 14 miles. Plus more than 3 gallons of gas . I returned the truck at 3:30pm but on my record it says 10 pm not true. Then the young woman cried because the system was not during right. This was bad form. The mileage came from the other truck. I think the employee did what they could. My rental was not in her system and was not in it for days. So she said she could not check it in. I don't think the customer should have to call Uhaul and the drop off location multiple times to get a rental checked in. Their check in devise may need technical support or a new unit. The current system does not work. Customers should not have to spend hours trying to get something done that should take minutes. The employee was very nice and apologetic.RICHARD M.

No one there to check in my truck .turn my truck in on Monday in a few days later I get a phone call from Uhaul saying am I going to turn my truck and my trailer in contact U-Haul and apparently the guy never check my truck and my trailer in. After going around and around Uhaul launched a investigation and they fix the problem I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thank you U-Haul for fixing the problem size that I recommend Uhaul to anyone. Just do not use this locationJames L.

When picking up the rental the cab was full of trash and mud. The box was was full of papers and other trash Windshiled wipers we're in poor repair and the ramp could not be latched properly to unload the truck causing a piece of furniture to be broken.I was not happy at all with this truck or the condition of it.Lawrence C.
Told to drop off at one location that was clearly marked as a return spot. When I called the next day to confirm they had it the lady who answered had no clue about it. When I explained where it was taken to she stated that should have been removed from the drop off list and she said shed send someone to get it. When asked for her name for accountability reasons she would not provide it. Still have yet to get a final invoice for uhaul rental days after rental was complete.Richard P.

There was a blanket thrown in between the seats, the light in back cab did not work, and I found dirt and an individual used floss item on floor board.However, when the truck size we needed was still attached to another hauling item, they upgraded to a larger truck without adding more expense. We are grateful for their help with this since we had to get the last of our things out immediately.gale O.

They are not concerned about the details at this location.. Did not even look at the equipment when we brought it back, did not check for damaqe did not inspect the extras that were in the back of the truck. Did not check in the truck as they said they had done which required me to drive an extra 30 mile round trip to get the truck checked in. The truck was turned in on Monday and by wed afternoon the truck was still shown in my name as if it had not been turned in. Please find a better location in that area if you value customer service and company reputation.Harrold T.

This was the second time I have dropped a truck at this location. On both occassions they failed to have personnel at the front check in desk. It took more than average time and and various efforts to get someone to the desk to check me in. I will not use this location again nor will I reccomend it to anyone.Donna D.

There were damages to the truck that Lamar Inns & Suites did not mention to me or review in any way. Additionally, Lamar Inns & Suites would not show me how to use the two dolly or even attach it to the truck. Another location in Barnesville, Frank's Automotive and Towing, explained how to use the dolly and helped me tremendously.James D T.

No one at front desk when I arrived. Called the # I had called when I reserved the vehicle the day before at least 20 times before I got an answer. The owner was asleep in a room and apologized because he had silenced his phone. Wasted at least 20 minutes in lobby along with a hotel resident. Also same problem when dropping off vehicle. No one at front desk but was able to reach someone on the first call. Was told to leave the keys on the desk and when I inquired about how I knew if I had went over the mileage, was told he would call me if there was additional charge. Also told him I had left the hand truck in vehicle and he said ok. Very unprofessional establishment.!!Donna M.
