Me entregaron un trailer y colocaron en el sistema un nÃºmero diferente , eso fue el caos total , tenia mi sitio de entrega pero por tal error no lo querÃan recibir en ningÃºn sitio , y para entregarlo me querÃan cobrar 150$ Fui a mÃ¡s de 5 uhal y todos decÃan lo mismo! Tuve que volver al sitio asignado , llamar a customer service para que me solucionaran el problema , perdÃ una reuniÃ³n importante y mi vuelo ! Terrible situaciÃ³n y horrible experiencia! The person that runs this location was nowhere to be found when I picked up the truck. A young guy that was not equipped to help us finally found a truck and swept it out while we waited, photographed my drivers license and sent us on our way. You need a new manager for this location.Doug J.
The truck was parked in the sand and was kinda stuck. Also the code for the keys was already on the lock and the lock was unlocked. The truck was dirty and also had blankets and a hand truck in the back that I didn't need. The gas was at a 1/4 of a tank.RANDALL R.

The company needs to make sure they review the mileage with the customer at the time of drop off. They need to make sure that they put the correct amount of mileage down and not over charge the client. This place can improve quite a bit about there service!heather W.
There was a crowd of confused customers at the location waiting to pick there rentals. The office never opened even though the website said it opened at 9 am. After close to an hour we managed to get the rep on the phone and check out over the phone. This was the second time I had a bad experience at this location. I hope I never have to use their services again.VARGHA D.
Truck was clean but ran very poorly, shaking like crazy. The process was very easy except the return. I was not told I needed my phone to be there for drop off. I was home my husband went to return it, it was a hassle and I got charge for two days instead of one. But I emailed and they promptly refunded me. So overall very happy with the whole process.Ryan D.

On drop off the parking lot was pretty muddy. Impossible to not track a bunch of mud into my car. I might opt for a paved location in the rainy season. Other than that everything was great!John C.
No one was at the location no one answer the number when I called I had to unload my vehicle and drop the AT myself, We I returned the truck I noticed that the AT was gone. Didn't think nothing about it just pick up my car and left. Two weeks later I get a email saying I had not returned the AT after calling Uhaul I was told that it was never checked in they suck.FRED J.

Apparently the truck had been notated that it leaks. We were not made aware of this and had items damaged. It was brought to our attention that it had already been notated when we returned it. If we would have know we would have requested a different truck.Devyn D.

After being sent by UHaul admin to wrong location and then finally getting it figured out by the guy there calling UHaul and that i needed to go to another location. I finally got my equipment from great guy (Kevin) who did all he could to make up for the huge error that started my day off very late.Ernest H.
