Owners of this facility were very rude and were rushing me as they had an appointment they said they needed to get to. The gentleman who owns the facility hooked up the trailer to my truck in adequately. When we arrived at our destination to pick pick up our vehicle, we attempted to drive the vehicle onto the trailer only to have the trailer lurch violently forward, as it was not secured to my ball hitch properly. I was standing directly to the right of the trailer where it attaches to the ball hitch and I could've been hurt severely. A customer that was waiting at the car lot where we were came to our aid and helped us to properly attach the trailer to the ball hitch and assisted us with getting the vehicle onto the trailer. I'm very disappointed that this happened and I will not be doing business with this facility again.LORETTALYNN M.

The gentleman at the location was very rude. Also I never picked up the truck until 6:15pm on Friday. Yes I paid for it at 1pm but never left the yard of the location 6:15pm that tonight and returned it at 5:30 the next night which was with in 24 hrs. I was told the product that I was supposed to get would be at a location 15 minutes from my home. I ended up having to take a 3 hour road trip just to get the trailer I was renting after I got there I realized it was not the trailer I had reserved but a larger trailer which was fine but it ended up costing me more gas money to get to where I was going. It was a complete mess trying to get it to the small alleyway I had to fit into to unload it once I got there . Overall the condition of the trailer was descentSteven K.

The drop off location was CLOSED. The parking lot was seal coated and taped off to prevent ingress/egress. I called and the location was no help to instruct me how to drop off. I could not access the QR code for self drop off due to the area being taped off for seal coating. I was charged additional fees for rental. Overall the experience was not good.TIMOTHY P.
This was a very "rural" location and I traveled from an "urban" area and it was very obvious that they were not used to dealing with people from an "urban" area! Service got better once I started speaking and mentioned that I retired from the Navy, but prior to this, conversation was very short, dry and abrupt. The lady was ok. She was alone in the shop and when the man entered, he didn't greet me with hello or anything, rather, his first words were "what's going on" in a rather shocked exclamation. I would not have been subjected to this if there was a unit at my specified location for pickup! I was sent 50 miles to pick up the unit and at least three locations all refused to try to accommodate me by either going to get the unit or giving me one of there's. A total inconvenience! In a comment not related to location, I would like to mention that the set up to rent a trailer at the last minute was fantastic! We had a trailer fall through in the morning of our furniture pick up and we were able to call and have a trailer within 45 minutes. The Customer Service rep was very friendly and helpful. Have better info on your web site. The web site said that my rental qualified me for a free month of storage at the location I picked up and dropped off to, but this was not the case. I had to purchase a storage unit for $75 + $50 deposit.ROBERT H.

I think this was a little over priced. I used the uhaul for less than a day and it cost me $116. We put around 60 miles on it. I don't believe we use Uhaul again based on this price. It used to be less than $40 with some free mileage.TRACEYLYN W.

maintain the safety of your equipment. you don't rent trailers with bald tires or expect customers to insist bald tires are changed out and needing brake fluid added. these are necessary safety features this location is not paying attention to. NEVER again will I rent from Uhaul or will I recommend U haul to anyonePETER K.

This equipment is kept in snowbanks I had to put my vehicle in four-wheel-drive just to even back up to hook onto the trailer or overall conditions inside the building should have been condemned I would highly advise that you go to a different U-Haul location to rent trailers or trucks the owner of the business seemed quite on the shady sideBridget C.

if you are going to rent a uhaul talk to l &l auto first to set it up. l&l auto was very kind and curtious to me. I called uhaul directly big mistake they are a bunch of morons . plus uhaul called 5 times to collect money that they already had uhaul in my mind gets -10 starsjason K.

You called the wrong number to advise that the pick up location had been changed so I went to the location on the contract to find I had to travel several miles (26), the next day. I ordered a uhaul close to my home and was told one truck available . Uhaul emailed me and told me a smaller truck was all that was available and I had to pic it up 18 miles away. Uhaul now charges me 36 miles from when I picked it up and drove to my home and another 18 miles to return. That's a scam and social media complaints from other customers say the same thing. I rented a cargo van. Went 2 miles picked up 1 box returned truck, was not near Any structures they charged me a 150 dollar damage fee! I was told this place has done similar fraudulent charges. Do not rent from them and I will not use uhaul again. And willl spread the word.brenda F.

Watch your billing! Website says 59c per mile, was billed 69c per mile! NOTHING on website says higher rates on weekends! $48 was put on hold for my account. I wad billed TWICE for a total of $101.37! For a 9' cargo van! Picked up at 10am, dropped off by 6pm. They took the $46 outta my account, but claimed a remaining balance of $16, which wasn't in my account for them to take, do they charged me an additional $30! My total comes to $46.49, which is within the $47 They put on hold in my bank account! $19.95 for the rental, $12.80 for the mileage (20 miles @ .59/mile) $10.00 for the insurance, and $3.74 for the tax! I will NEVER use Uhaul again! Oh, by the way, when I called a week ago to dispute it, they refunded me $11.00! $90 total for use of a van for a couple hours!Tina S.
