Overall the pickup location was fine. The person who helped me was friendly. I arrived a little early for my pickup time and they hadn't arrived yet but was there by my pickup time. The trailer itself was in good condition but it was dirty on the inside, dirt,sand, and pieces of paper, and even had metal scraps (bolts and nuts, a half broken open ended wrench, etc) sitting in the bed that I had to sweep out. Not a big deal but it was not in a "ready to go" condition.Thomas G.

They were late the truck was filthy, damaged. The office was dirty the agent made me feel like we were a inconvenience. Truck was parked in the mud and he was offended that I asked him to bring the truck to the lot.Charles M.
The online and phone service was the worst. I am very disappointed in uhaul. There roadside assistance miss directed the repair team and cost me 5 hours of being stuck on the side of the road. Not sure i will ever use U-Haul again. The individual locations where great but when you need to deal with someone on the phone nationwide its miserable.Jeff P.

This is where I dropped off the trailer. The man just let me drop it on the side of the road and said I was good. No paperwork or receipt or anything. It was hours later before it was reported returnedJames T.
The cab of the truck was filthy and stunk, I rented the truck to travel from South Carolina to Massachusetts, I cleaned the cab with bleach and water to remove sticky substances and other unknown stuff. I am not a germafobe but have some standards. The gas tank had a estimated 5 miles remaining in the gas tank. I did not receive all of the items I had reserved for the move.Peter P.

Very helpful staff. Helped us unhook the trailer. Don't recommend for truck drop-off because their key box is broken. If you do, rec taping a video and for sure syncing/sharing location at the time you drop off the truck. We dropped off a trailer later when staff was present - unsure if they marked it as returned or not bc we got a message almost 2 months later that the trailer had not been returned...JOHN Z.

Lawson's key drop off box is broken. You have to check out online while at that location with your cell phone so you're not liable if key/vehicle is stolen.JOHN Z.

The gentleman was nice at the pick up site but the tow dolly wasn't working and we ended up getting used. The recorded miles on the truck on the paper work were not what we had when we started driving the truck. I have pictures. 200 miles less the stated. The tow dolly pulled to the left. The gas was 1/4 not 3/4 like it was supposed to be. They gave me 2 extra days on the phone from 1800 uhaul but I was still charged an extra day even though I brought the truck back 2 days earlier. My paper work stated it was due morning of August 25th we returned it at 3 pm on August 23rd.Rachel I.

The location was not bad. The issue that I experienced was that they didn't have all the equipment that we needed onsite. We had to drive 7.7 miles to another location to pick up a dolly that we needed. Then when we arrived to the second location, they did not have a dolly either. So we were sent 23.6 miles to another location to pick up a dolly. After we picked up the dolly, we had to drive back 19.5 miles. This process took 3 hrs. We called to complain to customer service, the only thing they offered was a $50 credit. The total rental was $270. That was like a slap in the face. We did not have unlimited mileage, but customer service told us that they would provide us with unlimited mileage due to the fact that we had to drive to other locations. At the end of it all, we were charged an over mileage fee of $33. This is a terrible business operation. U-Haul needs to do better.Antione W.

I have used uhaul often, but this time was bad. The uhaul was infested with fire ants. When I notified the person in the office I would like a different truck he just spray some gas on them, and told me I was good to go. There were still so many ants and the truck was really dirty. I bought some bug spray and had to clean the truck myself, because I don't like to drive in filt. It took me an hour to clean. I would not recommend this location to others.ZEESHAN K.

They first have me a location 40 miles from my home. They would make a mile adjustment nut not a cost adjustment. That was not acceptable. Penske did both for me at another time. Then I got a dealer closer to home but he did not want to allow me to pick it up until 7:30 PM the schedueled day. Not acceptable and the phone contact for that dealer was clueless. They found me a dealer a little further away who had to have me pick up the truck a day early .That was okay and he gave me an extra day in the contract. That was acceptable. I was given the number for the regional scheduling office but it wasn't the right number and no one answered. The last person I spoke with at your 800 number was rude and did not want to help. I had to be very insistent to get any help. I must have wasted 2 hours on the phone with multiple phone calls to secure the truck. I was supposed to get a call from the regional office the day before the reservation. That never happened. The poorest customer service I have ever received. The drop off location dealer was wonderful.Peter D.

Give the next customer a truck that gets more than 150 miles per 40 gallons of gas. All uhal did was rip me off. What should have took less than 2 tanks of gas made me use more than 4 tanks.plus had to fight for 2 hours for them to honor there quote.recommed use someone else. The personnel lied to us told us we could not ugrade our uhaul which caused us to lose alot of valuable items bc the one they gave us was to small when we requested a 26 inch in the first place. Also, Would not refund my money because I fell while being pregnant and hospitilized and was not able to move as far as ohio. very unprofessional! and I as a customer feel neglected and cheated!EMILY P.
