☹️ the cup holder was broke I couldn't even hold my coffee in it, it was also dirty, also in the back in the cargo area the floors were very dirty they didn't look like they were swept mopped or anything, the day I rented the truck it was raining, water started leaking in from the roof of the cargo area and it damaged my mattress my mattress was soaked and wet from the water leaking inside the cargo area, also since the floor was so dirty and the cargo area when the water hit the floor and the cargo area it activated some kind of gunk that was on the floor some kind of green Gunk that was stuck to the floor that look like gum or something but when the water hit it it activated into some kind of green ink and some of that green ink that was stuck to the floor got on my mattress as well and also it got on our shoes and we dragged it into our house on the carpet and we just got that carpet clean 2 days ago before we moved in this house that cost us $200 to clean and now we have to pay somebody else to come back and clean the carpet again, I did put insurance on the truck and it's supposed to protect whatever we have in the cargo area as well I believe hopefully U-Haul can make this right and reimburse us at least to $200 back for the damage on our carpet, for now on I will make sure the floors are a lot better and cleaner if I ever have to use another U-Haul again, I love U-Haul I've been using them for years and so I understand and every company you're going to have some bad actors and this place where I rented the truck from was one of them, advice to this place is please make sure before you rent a truck out to potential clients you check and clean your trucks out thoroughly, and check for cracks on the top of the cargo area roof so that rain if it ever rains it doesn't get in at a ruin people's furnitures if you start doing that you would be better off, please check these things and correct them before you rent your trucks to any other person ty.

LEON HThe problem is not the pickup location it was the failure to properly maintain the trailer. Both tires were out of balance and the trailer vibrated and shook for my 1200 mile trip. The wheels had paint peeling off in chunks. I almost refused to pick up the trailer.
Chris SUhaul process may have been better with an actual person. The mobile check in is terrible, will never use again, may never use uhaul again. The requirement of a selfie photo is not acceptable. Took over 30 minutes to finally get the truck, absolutely ridiculous.

Jeffrey HKeys were not set out for the truck I rented. I had to get a local truck for my move which made it complicated and I had to pay more in milage for that. I wont be using uhaul again.

ANDREW SAbsolutely horrible experience. Truck had trash in it still. Wouldn’t honor the rate charged me $400 extra??? My Truck died 5 times within 10 mins of leaving the rental location and was told “there’s nothing I can do” had to call support 6 hours and $600 in expenses later I got a new truck and this on worked! Never again will I rent from uhaul until this is resolved correctly and I’m remembered for the extra expenses I have due to their mess up!! Im out $1,000!!!! For one day of mess up not caused by me.

Steven MThe cab of the truck was either not cleaned or poorly cleaned. It was raining when I picked up the truck and the dealer had the dolly and the mats sitting out in the rain. The mats were in plastic bags but the tops were open, so they got wet. Hard to use a wet blanket on wood furniture. The dealer did offer to help load the dolly into the truck. The truck itself was good other than the lack of cleanliness (mostly console and dash areas). I will be less likely to fulfill my next reservation if not able to pick up at a U Haul store or a dealer with whom I am familiar.

He asked if I was dropping off a trialer, I stated yes and he stated, just park it over there with the rest and before I knew it he disappeared back into the building without asking me any follow up questions.
