Employee was over 10 minutes late and didn’t go over everything with me. I wasn’t informed that I had to drop the truck off at that specific location so I had to to pay more because of the fee

The vehicle was filthy on the outside and a bit banged up, which I reported at vehicle pickup with pictures). I drove through snowy conditions from Saginaw to destination. The wipers were ineffective, and there was no wiper fluid for the same. The drive at night was therefore dangerous at times.. The location of truck pickup was unkempt, dirty …. And the process of pickup was through an app (no UHaul people around) and took a lot of time and trouble. To improve, make sure truck is suitable in every regard.

The first (closed 5' x 8') trailer had a burned out running light, but the second worked well. The pick-up location had no means of repairing the light. The second trailer may have had a leak in the right front of the trailer, or that may have been where water pooled after coming in around the rear doors. Some non-critical belongings got soaked after driving through several hundred miles of rain.

Lot is a little tight for the equipment that is stored there. Customer service was fantastic, but the size of the lot makes it difficult to navigate around
