Fix & Maintain & Clean your equipment before rental would be a good start. I had so many problems with UHaul I would never use UHaul again under any circumstance. It seemed UHaul did everything possible to make my experience miserable. The truck air conditioner quit working as soon as I got on the road. Makes for a miserable drive across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama & Florida. Road service took 70 minutes just to answer the phone. Again too many problems to list. When I dropped the car trailer at the designated UHaul lot, I had to leave the UHaul truck at the same location over night. The UHaul owner operator called me first thing in the morning SCREAMING at me to get up there and remove the UHaul truck from his lot ASAP!!! He was extremely rude and it was totally unnecessary. I felt threatened while in his presence, it seemed the man has serious anger issues!!! The entire UHAUL experience was so bad it's hard to believe.JOHN L.
Make sam smith manager as she is the backbone and soul of the watson blvd uhaul. This you g lady is amazing and goes way above and beyond her notmal duties! I hope uhaul reliezes what a great asset this young lady is takes care her.Eric K.

The original location I had selected was in Fountain. They moved my reservation without any kind of notification to the next day because I had to jump my truck, which has two batteries and takes a long time to get enough juice to turn over. We were coming from Fort Collins. We pulled into the parking lot before the store staff left, however I was still required by Cassandra the phone operator to backtrack to Colorado Springs, adding about an hour and a half to our total trip time between the 40 year old woman calling her father daddy and having to call for money to pay for the U-Haul . This was upsetting only because I had already paid and completed check in. My total time taken from the clerk would have been less time than the woman's phone conversation. She should have had them figure their situation out while she helped me. The trailer I received had not been checked before we took it, as was evident by the lack of one of the front chains on the car hauler. This could have been a serious liability issue too, as we did end up having a hitching issue with our ball while on the road. We are very grateful we got to our destination without incident. Concerning Cassandra the phone operator, apparently she thinks she's the CEO of U-Haul, as she continually told me there was nobody higher which I could speak to. I am very unsatisfied with the service she provided.Kylee R.
Person working there didn't listen to a word I was saying, argued with me about where I was taking the truck, other customers came in and she didn't listen to them and contradicted what they were saying, equipment was fine yet we will not pick up there again will us a competitors trucks frist.DAVID P.

I reserved the unit at a location close to my home. When we got there, we were rerouted from the east side of town Midway, all the way over to below Cheyenne mountain at the very south end of town. no one told us beforehand that we would need to do that. We got to the place on time for our appointment. Also, we had asked about how much of a drop hitch we would need, and were informed twice that what we had was suitable. We were prepared with all three of the hitches that we own, however the drop was not enough and we ended up having to go to Walmart to get a new drop and hitch to be able to attach the car trailer to our truck. I will never use U-Haul again. The customer service, the lack of communication, our wasted time-which put us on the road two hours late for a 12-hour drive, and the sheer shadiness of the actual pickup location versus where we were reserved to pick it up are all reasons not only will we not use U-Haul but we will not recommend.Kenneth D.

This is a new location to rent from, but the service I got was great. Everything went smoothly and expertly. Equipment was new, clean and well maintained. Easy process and great location for rental. Thank you Load & Lock Storage for being available for me to get my small move done today.Roy H.

UHaul tried to scam me into accepting a damaged vehicle with no notation of the damage. Pushed the issue and talked with the regional manager. It didn't matter, at the turn in place they tried to assess damages to me for something I didn't do and had appropriately identified. Not happy with quality control or procedures, not the truck worked great.dan B.
My husband and I checked out a piece of equipment and returned it the same day. He had the woman confirm with him that it was returned and look it over but apparently she didn't actually check it back in on their computer. Another of their employees checked on it and they put it back in their system today, resulting in 2 days of charges. Something is very wrong with this situation and I absolutely would NOT recommend this location to anyone else, and I don't understand why UHAUL would allow them to use their name and equipment with such practices.anna L.

Location was far away and being new to the area I look like an idiot constantly getting stuck, 3 times while took forever to find. Also when of the tire straps was completely off when a arrived.
