Eileen MitchellMy issue isn’t with this location or the original location I reserved the truck at, which was the Kilgore Muffler location. I have a big issue with over reserving these trucks that aren’t on the lot. I reserved a 26’ box truck and was forced to pick up a 20’ box truck because nothing else was available. After having this issue, I couldn’t move my home in one load, I had to make multiple 8 hour trips while driving in the rain and had to rent a trailer to finish the job. In all it probably cost me an additional $450 in fuel and other expenses. I find this unacceptable and I’m extremely unhappy with the scheduling system. These issues will definitely keep me from using uhaul in the future.
Logan FordThe employee would not help me at all leaving a small woman to maneuver and unhook the trailer alone. I had trouble because of my size and nobody at uhaul did anything to help.

It's not in a good area and really didn't care to be in. But ro waste my time running around with the gas prices we have is crazy.

We had to find a second location and create a second order basically creating a lot of confusion for us to return the truck and then the equipment dollies. I was told to return the truck to one location and the equipment to a second location, neither of the two being the location I originally chose when I made the reservation. The location is fine but Uhaul is making things too confusing and difficult for people and it took way too much time to resolve this.
Layna WilsonPersonnel weren’t very helpful. The location didn’t have any space to maneuver a 20’ truck with a car trailer. They asked me to try a reposition the truck and unhook the trailer myself and had no space to do so. Totally unprofessional.

Larry BushnellFirst: I had an appointment to pick up at 10am there was no one in the office at that time the message on the door said called I called numerous times it took me calling uhaul corporate to get someone to the door secondly the lady would not allow us to give her exact change said it would be easier to break a bill which I now know why as she kept $20 of my change which no big deal I guess she needs it more than myself if she is willing to steal from a customer thirdly when we went to connect the trailer to the vehicle the guy told us a five prong connector was needed got one out of the vehicle and it was four prong they didn’t have any at location had to go buy one and come back argued about those being the standard connectors when the driver of the vehicle is a professional truck driver and handles trailers all the time so yeah this location needs to be SHUT DOWN and take their contract to the one further up the road by Taco Bell. Those people are amazing this location will never in my life get any business from myself or anyone I know! I’ll drive a hour the other direction for something before ever visiting these idiots again!! I hope they spent my money wisely as well cause karma isn’t pleasant!

Audrey HaleThe van was so dirty it took 3 hours to clean. After this location having me wait an hour after checking it out to me to clean it I was never given an inspection report. I inspected it found the tire almost flat. I was told to drive it to another location to have them fix it. I didn’t get the van until almost 6pm. And when I went to drop it off at my original location after waiting 30 minutes there was told I had to go to this location. I never chose this location. It took forever to do the online check in. And I was charged an extra day!!

humberto Marquez salazarI had a 4:00 pick up time and there was a sign on the door stating employee was on sight and would be back soon. I called the number listed - no answer - transferred to call center after waiting on hold for several minutes. All they could do is take a message. I waited for employee to return almost 30 minutes later. No excuse. No apology. The truck was filthy and smelled awful. Drinks had spilled in containers and the steering wheel was sticky.
Pam RiceMaybe answer the phone (LOL) but it was a holiday weekend. When I went in, however, the folks were very friendly and helpful. The app is better than it used to be for renting/picking up and returning. Makes it all easier.
