I would not reccommend U-HAUL at all. Made a reservation to pick up at 8:00 and the store didn't even open until 9! Then they said my rate was weekday and not weekend rate WELL that's what my confirmation stated- if you have any other moving options; PLEASE USE SOMETHING OTHER THAN U-HAUL ; finally left town at 9:15! Moving is stressful enough but when you add incompetence to that ; it's even more stressful; I'll choose some other service next time!Larry W.
Was a bit confused when I was told I didn't check out online when returning the u haul. I wasn't told I had to sign in or log in to check in. I was just told to drop the van back before three pm and put the key in the drop boxMark M.

Hi! Please warn the customer that there will be several questions sad proof required upon returning. I drove to the drop box and back to the truck for new pics like 3 times because I was unaware the questions kept coming requiring pics. Also if someone doesn't have a phone or smart phone they wouldn't be able to do this. Otherwise great service!Christina S.
Some of the uhaul locations need to be a little more educated in the system. They had us running in different directions and in had ro cancel reservation and make new one due to .90 shitt on my cardKenneth W.

U-Haul representatives were very unorganized and sent me to multiple locations to pick up my truck, to find that it was ultimately at the first location and still the wrong size truck. Very stressful and time consuming, in which we did not have.Austin G.

The employees where I picked up the truck were very nice and helpful. However, my pick up location was changed without my knowledge so I went to the original place first. For my drop off location, I was sent by you employee to a place that was no longer in business. I took the truck to the nearest town for drop off and it was a hassle to drop it off there. I was going to be charged for taking it to a different drop off. Your employees need to get it together with these issues I've mentionedEileen M.

This location was the location I said the trailer would be dropped off at online when the trailer was reserved. It was dropped off her almost 12 hours before my return time. However the next day I was contacted by a totally different UHaul place asking where their trailer was. Total disorganization!Joe V.

The location was fine but when I called to reserve before picking up the lady put the insurance on my bill without asking me and when I got to the store, the lady there could not remove it. I really don't appreciate the reservation lady not asking about that. Moving is already costly so I'm trying to get the best deal for my money. The lady in the store was very friendly and helpful tho.melissa S.

Cubbby hole in Eastman road refused to take the trailer. Said they didn't have room for it and there were 3 spots open. Took to lock box and the parking lot was almost empty. They tried the same but I refused to leave as I pointed out the contract said I can drop off at any location I wanted. So they agreed finally and I dropped off the trailer.william S.

I paid cash for my rental up front and had to give them my debit card info incase anything happened to the trailer (which was returned in the same condition it left in) needless to say even after paying cash, my card still ended up being charged even after I was assured it would not be.SIERRA C.

Stood there for 15 min with 3 employee's there and not one of them spoke one word to me. They were helping another customer. The truck is a driving hazard if it's raining. Was driving on the highway in torrential rain and water was spraying on me inside the cab, just above where the seat belt connects to the wall from under the plastic cover. Ice cold water drenched my shirt and soaked the seat belt. Distracted driving to say the least.David P.

This location on Marshall was my second destination after a TERRIBLE experience at SEYMOR'S COUNTRY STORE on Gilmer Hwy. The computer sent me 15 miles away to pick up a truck at Seymor's, which is a gas station/convenience store. It took 1 1/2 HOURS to get to the payment part after waiting on the lone (snarky) counter girl Mary to wait on customers, she LOST THE KEYS, DIDN'T HAVE THE DOLLY, COULDN'T PRINT THE RECEIPT, treating me like a bad customer for all her problems. She claimed my 14 yo daughter insulted her (my daughter said, "Pick a pickle", reading a sign on the counter). Then the boss lady said, "Send them down the road, we don't want their business" !!!! I called the regional U-Haul office and Barbara helped us flee from Seymor's to a professional location. Seymor's needs to stick with beef jerky and flirting with the local boys -- it's a shame to have a U-Haul there.VALERIE W.
