The marketing of the rates is very confusing to the average person using the app. I was under the impression I was getting the 19.95 rate plus 30 free miles and any mileage over is .99.OLIVIA L.

My only criticism is that this location was 17 miles from our home, and at least 12 miles further away than my prefered pick up location at 2929 Washington Blvd...but the manager in Ellicott City was very nice and the folks were helpful.David W.

Share that the top portion of the side mirror is to see behind you and the bottom portion is to see your side. My truck had the dash lights turned all the way down so when I turned on my headlights my dash went dark. Took me a minute to figure out the problem and how to correct.Bruce H.

I do not really blame the location but the software used had a credit card failure. This is inconvenient for customers on a deadline. There should be a back up procedure.Lori F.

My only neg. Was the price per mile switch 9n the werkends..i know the company's in bus.to make money but the switch from .99 cents per mile to 1.29 is brutal for the avg. Renter . I think a increase in daily rate to 59.00 per day and 75.cents per is more than fair for both sides..just my thoughts.MICHAEL M.

My first time using Uhaul! The location was great! However, picking up at my reserved time was a huge struggle. I came in at my reserved time but due to Uhaul's Credit Card authorization problem, I had to wait 45 minutes before receiving my truck. I had to cancel the previous reservation to make a new one. Apparently their credit card system is down frequently and someone has to call and get an authorization code and also deal with customers for their gas station. The female wmployee who went through all of this with me deserves a major raise, as it could have been overwhelming for anyone else. Thankfully my new apartment complex could extend my move in reservation for the loading dock or I would have been Out of Luck. The truck was super clean and filled up to full but it was a major inconvenience to receive it almost an hour after at my reservation time. If I had a strict time schedule it would have been chaotic. Although I did have problems picking up, the move went extremely well, and the truck was clean and both attendants were very nice. I would recommend this gas station for snacks gas and repairs but I wouldn't recommend U-Haul after my initial experience.brina B.

Would be helpful if there was more than one person there. I pre-registered online and it should have taken a lot less time to check out. The attendant had to interrupt check out a number of times to help other customers' gas station purchases. It is what it is. I've used them before and will use them again as the location is convenient.Kenten R.
TL;DR the computer system doesn't function well, the drop off point is not a uhaul location, uhaul customers are the lowest priority at this location and if you need assistance from a physical person at this location... You may have to wait an extended period of time to have a genuine uninterrupted interaction. Good luck on the uninterrupted part. The guy told me that it wasn't a uhaul location when he kept prioritizing gasoline purchases. And I confronted him about how he kept telling me that he needed one second to handle a gasoline sale. 600 second had passed by the time I confronted him due to the fact that I had grown impatient with the constant stream of gasoline customers. He then told me that gasoline customers take priority. He told me that I can handle dropping it off myself.. Which I didn't understand what he was communicating and after a terse exchange he showed me an error message that he was receiving. I called uhaul HQ to communicate my concerns about their disfunctional drop off location and the interaction. The error resolved itself... Somehow... And the guy flagged me down while I was pacing the parking lot and showed me the additional mileage charge and I left.Brian R.

Location was at a gas station. No visible Uhaul sign. Passed by this gas station twice before I noticed a Uhaul truck tucked away in a yard. This location has very limited Uhaul moving equipment and supplies.Daryl A.
