Didn’t have any of the dolly’s I reserved. Told me I had to pick them up from another location. This information would’ve been helpful prior to picking up the truck. Threw my whole moving day off. People working there simply couldn’t understand how this made no sense.
FRANCESCO Gthe fuel gauge was on E. 1/8th in the tank. the cab was dirty and had trash. the back of the truck had large pieces of plastic and was not clean. When I showed the sales rep, he suggested the I drive around back and clean it myself and dump the trash. which I did.

BRIAN WI had a terrible experience. The key instructions were incorrect and I had to walk back and forth trying trying to many different to gain access to the key. I also ordered a dolly with the move and one was not provided which through off the moving logistics and lastly, the truck was parked soooooooooooo close to another truck and it took quite a bit of time to pull the truck out in a way to ensure there was no damage done to the another vehicle. I would like my payment refunded, it was a terrible experience.

KIRAN VArrived at 9:30 for a 9:30 pick up and was told to wait. Waited 30 minutes before the vehicle was finally brought around however then I was asked to re-input all of my information into the self check out app that I submitted when I made my initial booking. On top of that, the app said it had to review my credentials before proceeding. Eventually I had to speak to a representative just to get my vehicle. Very disappointing experience.
Jair KChanging pickup location a day before pickup is not good when someone has to go two times the distance. We end up dropping off the truck hours after what we intended to. Not a happy customer. Had better experience before.

VALERIE MMy U-haul experience was so bad . First i booked the vehicle from near by location before 4-5 days, but when i reached there on the time of booking the office is closed and refused to give their vehicle when i talked the person on call. The person gave me silly reason i did not gave his vehicle . Although, thats the issue from his side not from me yet i did not get any refund of my booking. Next thing which happened, When i booked it from another location, i got the vehicle everything was smooth but they charged me very high than expected . I merely travel around 8-9 mile but they charged me for 100 miles. Thats not fair at all.

suleman lThe staff member refused to close out my rental agreement. He was rude and was of no assistance.He told me that he doesn’t do this until the end of the day. I explained to him I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the vehicle without it being checked because I would be responsible for any damages that could be incurred in 6 hrs after my drop off. I proceeded to return the vehicle using the self service app which was very glitchy. I also called customer service in which they weee helpful but the overall return tool 2.5 hrs out of my day in which left me extremely dissatisfied . I will never use this location in the future.
Antonio RTerrible experience. I rented the truck for one day. Picked it up at 11 and dropped it off at 5pm. I go to this Lubar place to drop off my keys the guy doesn’t even acknowledge me because he was too busy on the phone with his actual customers. They don’t actually care about people renting U-Haul trucks because they’re too busy working on their customers cars. I asked the guy if I need any paperwork and he says no. I get a call the next day from U-Haul asking me if I still have the truck because the Lubar place doesn’t know where it is. I told her I absolutely dropped it off the day before and explained to her my experience there. Doesn’t U-Haul the next day send me a receipt of me renting the car for two days. Now I have to waste my time tomorrow to try and sort this out. I should’ve listened to the other reviews because these people are completely incompetent as to how to record anything to do with the trucks. Brutal. Rent somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

I had to wait over 1.5 hrs for the location to open to have keys handed to me and then the person at the counter was extremely rude and told me it was my fault. AHSANMAHMOOD KImagine it’s been approximately 36 hours and I still don’t have a receipt. I received a call from Head office asking me if I returned the truck at 7 PM Friday, May 31 and I had specifically told them that I returned it at 3 PM so I’m not sure that this organization of the location I’ve rented there before and now I have to walk 2 miles to pick up a car because they don’t keep it in the parking lot anymore.

Katherine MThe only issue I’d address is that once we dropped off the rental truck, it took 3 days to receive my actual bill with real time costs. We left without knowing what our bill would be which is sort of ridiculous for a service we had already accessed. Our bill was 1/3 of the hold out on my credit card. Costs should be more accessible and transparent.

Ibrahim SPlease include the materials people order to rent. Things such as pads, straps, and dolly's are CRITICAL to moving... you know this. If you forget some of this stuff, you might as well not put any gas in the truck. I was unable to complete my move fully without damaging my furniture because you did not include my furniture pads.
Qiang LI have used UHaul several times and the experience has been good, but the experience at this location was the absolute worst and dishonest. When I booked the truck on April 12th 2024 at 9:00am, the operator did show me the truck and said they were too busy and the process is automatic - they were rude. When I returned the truck at 1pm, this is when things got a really fishy with the operator, who did not check the truck or verify the mileage, as I asked him to - he did not give me my receipt. He said he was too busy and will do it later, also he stated he had another user for the truck at 4:pm. When I phoned them on April 13th 2024 to as I had not received the receipt. He said the truck would be checked on Sunday as they were too busy. This raised alarm bells with me since he had rented the same truck out at 4pm. When I finally received the receipt today - April 15th (4 days later) - the mileage was a lot higher than I had driven the truck. The operator had loaned the UHaul truck to someone else and added the mileage to my receipt. So I paid more than I should have. I only drove just under 40km and was charged for 83.69km. I don't like being taking advantage off or swindled/cheated. Also, I saw a separate transaction on my Visa card from Luber Express Oil Change (this operator) that I did not do for just under $4.00. Hence, I would like my money returned for the uHaul and I will be reporting this operator and this UHaul incidence to the BBB as well as Visa fraud. I look forward to this being resolved quickly.

I would not have rented from this location if I knew that the furniture pads are not available and they're not going to be there when I rent the equipment. I also wanted to buy a couple of boxes and nothing is available at this location. A terrible experience overall

Mario MI'm not happy with my experience with Uhaul this past weekend. My original reservation was for 11am at one location, then they called me saying they didn't have a rental for me until 12:30pm and I told them that was too late. They said if I couldn't do 12:30pm Uhaul would call me to arrange another place for 11am (this is the morning of). I never got a call and rearranged my schedule to pick up the 12:30pm one when I got an email saying my booking for the first location was moved to 12:30pm afterall. I was about to leave the house to get the 12:30pm rental only to get another call saying that they still had no vehicle for me. I called customer service and the woman on the other line got me a reservation at another place across town for 12:30pm. While I was on this phone call, I got another phone call from Uhaul (which I didn't pick up) and the voicemail that was left was saying why wasn't I at location 1 to pick up my vehicle. When I got to location 2, the woman at the counter had no idea my reservation existed and said they didn't have a vehicle for me. She then double checked and said I was in luck that someone returned a vehicle like 10 mins prior (or so) and that although I had been double booked, I could take that one. By the time I finally got a vehicle, it was 1:30pm. I'm not happy with this as this delayed myself and 2 other people and messed up our whole day's schedule. Please do something about this, thanks!
Stephanie dThe vehicle was dirty like it was dusty muddy and I was moving my bad furniture so it was not a good experience with the U-Haul vehicle cleanliness. I think for a company that rent trucks that customer use to move and put their stuff in it should keep more cleaned. I have to sweep it out before I put my stuff inside of it. So my rating is really low for this U-Haul truck
