Was originally scheduled at another pick up location and when I arrived the individual let me know my pick up location had changed. Uhaul should sent email to let their customers know that their pick up location has changed.Christopher S.
Overall, this is a convenient location to pick up a Uhaul. The people at the location were friendly, but I felt their tone was too casual for such a large move and expensive rental.Laura H.

The truck had some serious mechanical issues. It was loud, had trouble shifting gears, and showed signs of serious exhaust and transmission issues. It really needs to be looked at by a mechanic before it gets rented out again.Timothy A.

My original reservation time was for 8:00AM on 7/31/21. I made this reservation two weeks in advance and with less than 12 hours before the pick up time, I was told that there was no truck available within 100 miles. This is completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional!! There is no telling how many people you've screwed over due to this incompetency. After this debacle, I will not be using UHaul again for my moving needs.Jonathan M.
The driver side door of my 15ft truck was badly damaged upon pickup. As a result, the window on the driver side door was not able to roll up. I drove 6+ hours with a broken window that would not roll up, dealing with road noise, exhaust and debris from the interstate.Ben S.

I didnt get the furniture blankets I paid for. Also, the Uhaul itself was nearly as old as I am. I mean that literally - it was a mid to late nineties model based on the stickering. It didn't have cruise control. I had to drive a vehicle for seven hours with no cruise control, and a chronic strain injury on my right ankle. It sucked. No power windows or mirrors, either, and adjusting the mirrors by hand was very imprecise. No easy way to hook up my phone or GPS, just an AUX port and some cigarette lighters - the flagship phones of both Samsung and Apple right now do not have AUX ports/traditional headphone jacks. The best thing I can say for it is, it WAS very clean, and the AC worked. Please update your fleet vehicles, giving people such old models in the 2020s is shameful. Even a 2010s model would probably have cruise control, power windows and mirrors, and a usb port for your phone.Isabella S.

The name has changed and there was no clear indication of where you were supposed to drop off equipment. I was a bit late, but when I mentioned it to the man in the store he told me that he didn't know anything about that and that he was just there to check in and check out equipment.
