Auto repair shop. Not organized, not clean. If I had been alone, I would have left immediately. Completely abandoned, gate open, no employees anywhere. Key was not inside U-Haul vehicle, and was not in locked keybox (following instructions in oder details.) Called U-Haul, they called owner, owner called employee: "Oh, I forgot the key!" Caused 1 hour delay. Truck had not been cleaned since drop-off.Susan M.

The staff arrived 30 minutes after listed â€œopenâ€ time. Three different sets of customers waited for staff to appear on site. The office and shop areas were FILTHY. A container of RatX was visible on a desk most likely to address the two large bird cages that were devoid of birds but contained an abundance of bird excrement and birdseed. A positive note is that the U-Haul truck was clean and mechanically sound.rebecca B.
Horrible experience. Never rent from this location!!! Overcharged me for 5 extra days and never reimbursed the money and answered the phone calls, until I reached the main office. Stay away from this place! ( cars have no a working air conditioning)Alexander K.

Make sure to give customers the correct return address. We spent over an hour trying to return our truck and the process was frustrating, there was miscommunication on U-Haul's end, and the customer service was very poor.Nina C.

I rented a trailer for 24 hours and returned it on time. And place charged my card for 3 days. They have after hours return. And in the contract it says 20 dollars when returned after hours. I called the staff and he said there's nothing they can do and call the uhaul hotline and MAYBE they will refund me. They can check their camera and neighbor auto shop about the time I returned the trailer since I ask for some help with one of the guys to remove the trailer. Shady business. And totally not recommended. Unprofessional. They will try to rip you off. I Have been renting a Motorcycle trailer for so many years and first time it happened to me. The place is not an actual Uhaul branch and have a very small office and sharing with an Autobody shop. I'm waiting for the U-haul company manager to call me and discuss my issue. he failed to put on a mask when me and my daughter arrived. He then forgot to put in the dolly and made me drive back 15 minutes to pick it up. He also advised me there'd be no further charges than the 89$. There was two charges total.nathan P.
