I rent from this location all the time and never have a problem. However, this time van seem as it needed maintenance. Keep making shifting noises . Kept having to stop or stall my route to make sure I was going to get to location safely . This postpone my travel routine and ultimately resulted in a late arrival. This time around my rental was a 1/5 and it’s disappointing.

the truck was clean. it's nice to have a human, the check engine light was on when i picked it up, but, no human, so, took it out and hoped it would be fine. nothing bad happened. humans may be more expensive but next time i'll skip the "easy" checkin. just me. super nikce guys in an escalade helped me with checkin. i trust that the guy at the adjacent business who said he had nothing to do with uhaul but he'd give them back the keybox because it was not clear what to do with it.

Syed IThe only thing that I'm upset about is I was charged for a safe move and I was not asked if I wanted to be charged for it. I've rented a lot of times and have always been asked and I always decline. The person who helped me was really nice but I think he should have asked me. And it was my fault as well for not looking before I left. But then again don't charge someone without asking. Bottom line!!
