Make sure the trailer tongue is tightened down on to the ball! Man came out and lifted the tongue on to the ball but didn't tighten it down. Never checked the lights either. First bump and the trailer would have been gone. Luckily we checked everything before leaving. He did not know how to hook up the safety chains either. Will not use this location again.JOE S.

No customer service at all. Truck cab was filthy with tons of garbage in it. Seat dirty, trash,totes, blankets, water bottles, vape pens, opened the back of the truck and it had a refrigerator, office chair, xl bean bag, 5 gallon bucket of water. Said something to rental agent and he knew what was in truck when I said some thing. Not a good brand ambassador. No COVID protocol taken. Receipts left in truck dated 6/11 I rented on 6/26.Brian M.
I was not able to return my truck online. The app would connect or recognize I was standing infront of the business to drop off the truck. Very inconvenient spend 45min trying to do my truck drop off.Rosemary B.

U-Haul has a problem with answering their phones and then they have software problems that it makes the dealer having difficult times communicating with corporate, policies, procedures, availability, and just slowing everything down. I'm there to rent this dolly for over an hour and wasn't even sure till the very end if I was going to be able to rent it and it was right there.WALTER S.
