Know ow more about your equipment, with asking what is being hauled on the auto trailer, they should have been able to tell me that it would not fit. So I hauled it there and back empty, never used the trailer, I should get a refund!

Very helpful as we told them our issues with the pick up location and worked with us to get the "late fee" charge dropped as we were told to drop the truck off by 4:30 but drop off location said they were told we had to drop it off by 9:00. Excellent service and very helpful and understanding.
