Worst experience moving I ever had. I rented the truck at 9:30 AM from mobile pick-up, they wouldn't confirm my license saying that it wasn't qualified for no reason while I was. I have to call the live chat, they ended up blocking my license and told me to go to a Uhal location. I had to drive all the way there for them to confirm that is shouldn't have happened, just to send me back to the original location and try again. Plus I paid for a dolly that was never there. I wasted 3 hours on my moving day! 3 hours! I received no compensation, nothing. I have reached out for their management to get in touch with me, nothing so far. I want a refund, this was a terrible experience.

The problem that I had was about the gas level, on the initial sheet it was higher than what was showed by the gauge inside the truck. I was charged extra for the gasoline but I was quickly reimbursed when I called the service desk.

I booked a truck and a dolly for appliances. Upon arrival I was informed there was no appliance dolly for me. The only appliance dolly at the store was rented out. I was offered a small dolly (not suitable for appliances!) which I refused. I was told U-Haul website overbook dollys and does not inform if a dolly is unavailable, why that?? I had to contact multiple U-Haul stores, driving around and wasting my time looking for an appliance dolly. Awful.

Truck habitacle was dirty at pick up. Truck overall condition was poor: extensive rust on the body, loose control arm for the shifter, seats damaged. Rental location charge a cleaning fee of 25$ that felt overly excessive. Transaction at pick up was however smooth. Same with evening return. Call to discuss excessive cleaning fee was met with unprofessionalism: I will never return to this rental place and I will warn other not to rent for this place.

Uhaul app never works for pick up.

U-Haul needs to work on their communication when trucks are not ready for the customer and they switch the pickup location. Trucks should also be looked at by mechanics as my issue was the cable on the door let go.

The pick up of the truck was super simple. Great staff at Marche JD. Highly recommend.

Customer service was poor. No walk through neither before or after. Charge additional fees with no explanations. When spoke to owner of store in regards to fees, Owner states not his problem take up with U-Haul , and then hung up on me. Not impresss with lack of customer service.

You have problems with the application! Did not determine the location, although geolocation was turned on, constant errors. I had to ask a staff member for help.

The place does not have enough staff to properly operate the business, there was a long delay to get the car and return, I have to wait 45 min to get the car, and then 30 more min to check in the car. The operator has other business and busy with customer, where they only have one person working there

Was skeptical of using U-Haul due to negative online reviews at other locations, but I did not have any issues here. Good location and excellent customer service. The individual at the convenience store is very helpful throughout the entire process, and will always be there in-person during store hours. Will definitely choose this location again.

The right side metal cord on the door of the back of the truck is broken, so it's very hard to open the truck door.
