Employee was incredibly unprofessional. They were on their personal phone with a friend during the entire process and said nothing to me, didn't explain drop-off, didn't check my license or show me which u-haul was the one I rented.

I was obviously interrupting a phone call for the young woman who processed my rental. During our entire interaction she was on her iPhone through AirPods. Several times I had to ask if she was talking to me or her friend. Plus I had ordered a furniture dolly, utility cart and blankets and none of them were there. When I asked about it, she told me they had nothing to do with that, all they did was provide the vehicle. What's the point of sending me to a site that didn't have the equipment I paid for? She gave me a number to call about that but it was clearly wrong, as it went to an anonymous voice mail. Eventually I found the number for U-Haul support in the Twin Cities and called them. I saw the blankets and utility cart on the wall and assumed that was for me so only needed a furniture dolly. The woman on the support line directed me to the nearby Brooklyn Park location, which was very helpful, showing me where the furniture carts were. I grabbed one and used it. As I checked out, I I clicked that I had used the utility cart and blankets. I was surprised I was charged an additional $5 for each of those, even though I had already paid for them. In the future I will only go to a full service U-Haul site and get what I ordered right away, rather than rely on these stupid private sites that are obviously only concerned about whatever money they get for this service and don't care about the customer. It does make me question U-Haul's commitment to their customers when they support these places though. I've never dealt with one of them before and I'm glad I never did. U-Haul should reconsider that strategy.
James WThe floor of the truck cab had a lot of dirt build up, but it was not a big deal. It is a working truck.
Larry IMake check in more seamless and not take so long with adding photos with the app. Also have someone working who knows how to handle check in would be extremely helpful.
THOMAS SStore clerk did not know how to fulfil the reservation so I had to wait 30 minutes while he consulted others. Store charged me for fuel despite having put more fuel into the vehicle than was given. Have rcpt and photos evidence of the scam.
MICHAEL CTrouble getting signed in, but the lady was helpful.
Daniel STruck was dirty when picked up, a diaper and other debris on the floor.
PAUL SHORRIBLE service. Employees were not trained on how to complete contracts or perform safety checks. Manager was highly unprofessional and lied multiple times to cover his own mistakes.
Amanda VIt wasn’t the best experience..The field agent was helpful, but the new location needs A LOT of training and guidance. My final contract has additional fees and I am upset about it..
