ELAD S.The only easy thing about this experience was picking up and returning my truck. After picking it up and getting it back to the house we discovered a padlock on the door to the back of the truck so we were unable to open the truck and begin moving. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes then was hung up on seconds after someone answered. After calling back and waiting another 15 minutes on hold I was told I needed to return my truck, drive to a different location to pay for a new rental then wait 7-10 days for the original rental to be refunded. FINALLY a very nice representative let me know I could bring my truck to a near by location to have the lock removed and that she would provide me with VIP pass or something to refund some of the charges after we had to wait so long just to get our moving day started. Really appreciated this service and am looking forward to the refund.

I told her i would need a couple more hrs if it was available she said no and just raised her shoulders like she was confused im sure no one else was going to rent that truck for that day anymore So then i tried calling the 800 number and the lady said well they would charge you an additional day so another $40 when all i was asking for was 2:30 hrs more that was such an inconvenience since i had to rush things
