This office refused to open the door speaking to me through a doorbell camera. They then tried to change my pick up to a 24/7 . I spent over an hour waiting to just get my keys. Once I got my keys the entire cab was filled with mud and cigarette ashes. The gas was left at 3 miles of gas. Once we loaded the uhaul the tire went flat in town. If we were on the 1900 mile trip we were leaving on we would have been in the middle of no where. This is completely unacceptable.Ray P.

When we picked up the truck there was a big yellow sticker on the key saying rhe truck broke down coming from Utah. I told the lady we were moving to L.A. and did not want any problems...she said "oh the truck if fine, I just forgot to remove the sticker". Well, the truck broke down 3 times coming here and they had to send out a mechanic. Uhaul is now giving me the run around about reimbursing me for the inconvenience. Never again will I rent Uhaul and I'm going ro post on Facebook and Twitter how we are being treated.Tyrone M.

The truck that you rented was very faulty. The steering was off and the airbag light was on. I understand the truck had recently been stolen and was just brought back. This lack of proper inspection of your vehicles made your company liable had something happened to me while I was driving. Your company should be ashamed of putting their customers at risk.WILLIAM O.
