Elizabeth WThere were some issues in the beginning, but I give a five star based on how effective U-Haul was at implementing corrective action and the courtesy and professionalism of the representatives on the phone. The Ace associates at the 800 Tuttle Creek location were definitely knew their equipment and were easy to work with.

Rosemary LTrailer hitch coupler was stiff - did not want to fully accept ball. Otherwise fine.
BRENT KTrain the staff. Stood in the line for more than 40 mins without moving forward at all. We realized we could check in on app and skip the line to get the key. Staff said absolutely no go back to the line because he's busy.

Jill PBecause of a particularly busy season, with both the military & college students renting U-hauls for transportation of their goods...my Driver & I had to travel 30 EXTRA miles, round-trip, to fetch our initially alloted 15' U-Haul Truck in Junction City, KS. That was a sudden, bad surprise!

Adrian BI would not recommend this location just because my location should have been in Junction City, Kansas not in Manhattan Kansas if there is not equipment available in Junction City I should have been notified in plenty of time that they could’ve got equipment there
Kenneth BThe local location was excellent. Uhaul's inadequate software caused me to wait for twenty minutes to rent a dolly and there were five people stuck in line behind. I will look for alternative rental solutions in the future due to the delay.

Suzanne SThe location I finally had to go to was nice and they were kind. But the first location I was directed to was not OPEN, and the U-Haul website said it was open until 8. They no longer take trucks at that location. So I had to go another 20 minutes farther and return the vehicle. More milage more gas and longer time to return home. The problem is not with the pick up and drop off place, the problem is UHAUL its self. And your poor drop-off and pick-up people hear the problems and you don't!

Karri KWe arrived a few minutes after the uhaul portion closed but they directed us to the app and had us just drop it off as an after hours drop off.
Joshua qError was made on the paperwork. We discussed dropping the truck off in Lawrence but they still put Manhattan. We called about the issue and they said it wasn’t a problem that we could drop it off in Lawrence and they would change it. Instead I was charged $370 for a mistake they made. I’ve called multiple times and have received no help.
