First, it took almost an hour to get the uhual from Roseburg and the person helping us didn't know what he was doing. We went online and rented a truck ahead of time but when we got there we had to redue the whole process and got mix information throughout that time. We eventually left with a bigger truck than we wanted and costing us more money than we were quoted online. We returned the truck with 3/4 tank of gas which we did not get any credit for overfilling but instead got a $20 charge for not doing something online when dropping off the truck after hours (Which we were never told because the person had no idea what they were doing). After we were called about some scratches on the drive side of the truck next to where someone left a huge dent...this was absolutely ridiculous considering we didn't even drive the truck over a curb (I would expect the truck to have scratches next to a huge dent that was already there and marked...) This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company costing me almost $300 for a simple move that should only have costed at most $200. I do not plan to use your company ever again and will ensure I pass along my experience.

I would appreciate a warning ahead of time that this U haul rep has after hours drop off by U-haul app only! The $20 charge was not welcome at all since the app ( which I don't like having to DL at 9pm in a rather shifty dark parking lot) didn't work with my phone. The pictures I took kept being refused by the app as "not enough space". 50 degrees at night in a dark lot is not the best time to be fiddling with a app! Atleast let the customer be made aware of this type of drop off for this particular business. I know I returned the truck clean and with the same amount of fuel (1/4 tank) and no dents and scratches other than what was already on the vehicle.

The man was rude. When he gave me the key I asked what one I was getting he said there is only one size, he did not pull it put so I had to walk in black berries to get into it. Then I had to back it up while it was close to two other uhaul trailers. Then while I was driving it I turned on the heat and opened the vent and a small butt end of a join fell out of the vent. I will never rent from this place again. If you look my name up I rent alot of uhauls and this was by far the worst

The process of after hours rental pickup is such a great option, but it does take a little longer than I expected and requires some additional verification like another person to contact or extra ID. Be prepared and allow for the extra time! I found it a little frustrating as it was unexpected, but overall it's a cool feature!

The vehicle was clean and ran fine but an ABS light kept coming on as well as a check engine light after running for 30 miles or so. All fluids were good and was not overheating. Might want to check it out before someone else takes it on the road.

The pickup location didn’t have any items (boxes, tape, dollies, blankets, etc) which was a big inconvenience. Also, i booked the pickup for Corvallis, OR and the scheduling office booked the pickup in Eugene, OR. Timing was critical and Eugene was almost a 2hour round trip. Huge inconvenience!! The employees at thhe pickup were fine.
