Every time I rent equipment on line and input my personal information for the rental, the same information is re-entered when I pick the the equipment up. Doesn’t your system retain my information? Re-entering the credit card information does make sense.

Get rid of your stupid requirement to use your app to return a vehicle after hours. First of all, I already locked it up, put the key in the lock box when it asked for pictures inside. Stupid, dum, idiotic. If a late to leave employee wasn't there I would have been cheated out of $20. Yes. I said cheated. No one said I needed pictures. Also, there was no way to get the app for my phone. I had no mobile data or WiFi. Thank God my granddaughters phone did or again, I would have been cheated out of $20. I loathe you A.I. effort to automate. Eat crap U-Haul. I will use competitors from now on when I need a truck. That is being said by me, a man who has used U-Haul for 50 years. Your ridiculous and stupid need to eliminate people pissed me off. I always liked U-Haul people and you are trying to eliminate what I liked. Shame on you.

First, it took almost an hour to get the uhual from Roseburg and the person helping us didn't know what he was doing. We went online and rented a truck ahead of time but when we got there we had to redue the whole process and got mix information throughout that time. We eventually left with a bigger truck than we wanted and costing us more money than we were quoted online. We returned the truck with 3/4 tank of gas which we did not get any credit for overfilling but instead got a $20 charge for not doing something online when dropping off the truck after hours (Which we were never told because the person had no idea what they were doing). After we were called about some scratches on the drive side of the truck next to where someone left a huge dent...this was absolutely ridiculous considering we didn't even drive the truck over a curb (I would expect the truck to have scratches next to a huge dent that was already there and marked...) This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company costing me almost $300 for a simple move that should only have costed at most $200. I do not plan to use your company ever again and will ensure I pass along my experience.

I would appreciate a warning ahead of time that this U haul rep has after hours drop off by U-haul app only! The $20 charge was not welcome at all since the app ( which I don't like having to DL at 9pm in a rather shifty dark parking lot) didn't work with my phone. The pictures I took kept being refused by the app as "not enough space". 50 degrees at night in a dark lot is not the best time to be fiddling with a app! Atleast let the customer be made aware of this type of drop off for this particular business. I know I returned the truck clean and with the same amount of fuel (1/4 tank) and no dents and scratches other than what was already on the vehicle.

The man was rude. When he gave me the key I asked what one I was getting he said there is only one size, he did not pull it put so I had to walk in black berries to get into it. Then I had to back it up while it was close to two other uhaul trailers. Then while I was driving it I turned on the heat and opened the vent and a small butt end of a join fell out of the vent. I will never rent from this place again. If you look my name up I rent alot of uhauls and this was by far the worst

The process of after hours rental pickup is such a great option, but it does take a little longer than I expected and requires some additional verification like another person to contact or extra ID. Be prepared and allow for the extra time! I found it a little frustrating as it was unexpected, but overall it's a cool feature!

The vehicle was clean and ran fine but an ABS light kept coming on as well as a check engine light after running for 30 miles or so. All fluids were good and was not overheating. Might want to check it out before someone else takes it on the road.

The pickup location didn’t have any items (boxes, tape, dollies, blankets, etc) which was a big inconvenience. Also, i booked the pickup for Corvallis, OR and the scheduling office booked the pickup in Eugene, OR. Timing was critical and Eugene was almost a 2hour round trip. Huge inconvenience!! The employees at thhe pickup were fine.

The pick up location was great. Overall I-haul can improve: Let the customer know the correct place you change pick-up to. Select the nearest location for customer return. I was able to call and after three transfer get the return location 1/2 closer.

I pulled In to drop off and the guy inside and his friend were chatting. I went inside and noticed they weren’t I. The middle of a transaction but could clearly see through the door that I had arrived and was not able to get the trailer off of my hitch. So I had to walk in and get the guy. He unhitched me said there you go and walked back in. No inspection, no thank You. So I opened the trailer to get my moving supplies and returned his cotter pin that I borrowed. Inside and left. He was on the phone and nodded. Great price. I only wish I could have found the trailer at one of the other dealers in town. -

Had a hard time finding this place... My Google maps pulled up another Uhaul location where we sat and waited over an hour only to find out they weren't going to open Sunday. Then finally I double checked the location and finally with much searching found our truck waiting. Altogether I lost crucial time moving and it delayed our returning the truck til very late that night.

The auto transport was in mud. I had to pick the chains and straps up from mud. I was dirty before I even began to move. The customer service was good, the guy was polite, but I shouldn't ever have to hook my car on with muddy straps and chains. Very frustrating to say the least.

The trailer had residual oil drippings on the floor from previous user. The left side market lights were not working.

The back wasn’t super clean. It definitely felt like I was using a truck that had just been turned in. I also do not like that the tank of gas was not full upon pick up.

The truck was filthy inside. Window handle broken. Could not adjust mirrors. I was surprised by this as I have used uhaul many times in past with great trucks. Also, I also don't like the online process either. I, stupid on my part, accidentally ordered 2 trucks because of this was charged for one, then when I called about my mistake they were great and cancelled one of my reservations. In the process they refunded my money but that hasn't shown up in my account yet. I think I will try another company next time.

The contract was for 7 days (24415289) at $106.00 with a due date of 8/3/2018 3pm. I made sure the Oakland facility was opened until 8pm. The guy at Mikes Bargain Center told me that the 8 pm is not a problem. Nothing was ever said that trailer had to be back before 3 pm. I was a few hours late dropping trailer off in Oakland. The late fee was a ridiculous $89.55.

I had a 24/7 drop off so I did not see anyone .The difficultly I had was with completing all the steps with my phone. I couldn't connect . Didn't need to have wifi ,but still unable to complete the necessary steps,(?) I called later and spoke with someone from Uhaul and Mike and both where very helpful over the phone.

I received a text notification just hours before I listen to return to the location listed on my contract. I plan my return trip and my day so I can return it to the seventh Avenue location. When I got there, they told me that the contract had been on my bike. I don’t think a contract can be modified by text and I was rather upset. Fortunately the drop off location mom decided I needed to go to add an after hours drop box.

We had a 9:00 am pick up at a location that opened at 9:00amnon a Sunday and our location was moved by dispatch and the new location did not open till 10:00am... the gentleman helped us out and got us on the road!!! We really appreciate his help when dispatch made a mistake!!!

Owner was absolutely fantastic, quick service, great communication and super fast. He hooked up the trailer in what seemed like just a minute and had me out of there! Would absolutely recommend!

There was no service person available to assist with the check-in process. The one person in the facility was busy trying to assist a contractor with a sale of lumber and I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be assisted. Try to have equipment available at a location close to the moving site instead of all across town which used up 12 miles of my contract.
