Facility was dirty, truck was fairly clean, windowshield still had bugs on it. Computer crashed with no backup to rent truck. No backup plan for computer malfunctions so it took like an hour with customers waiting. Truck handled nicely though. Gas tank not full at pickup.Nacy M.

Better shocks and gas mileage. I tried staying in the green MPG, but it required me to drive too slow. I really underestimated what I would have to pay in gas. Everyone, including myself, is shocked how much I had to pay just to rent the truck let alone for the gas. Never again.MERILL C.

The trucks passenger side windshield wiper was crushed and the windshield seal was popped out enough that the passenger in the truck was getting wet when we hit a storm. We had to stop in the cold rain on the side of the road and untangle the twisted wiper and push the windshield back into place. It was not the fault of the location where we picked the truck up. Nothing was wrong specifically with the location even tho it was not the location where my reservation was made.. The issue was with The online reservation and the fact 4 hours after I had a reservation I get a call saying my tow dolly would not be availabe for an hour after my reservation time that already was at 615pm. Problem being I didn't reserve a dolly I needed an auto trailer. Then to be told nothing instate available until Monday 48 hours later? Your reservation system sucks. After becoming upset with the person on phone she found a trailer so I went to get it only to be told I can't use it with my e350 van even tho the online reservation accepted it and what I needed to tow. The attemdent was less than helpful. I have used Uhaul services for 20 plus years. I will never choose your services again if I have an option I will use someone else. Getting the run around and changing what was reserved and or not having it available is bullshit, terrible service. Uhaul has shit the bed for me one last time.Tim R.

When I went to pick up my rental, the location was closed, despite the location indicating it was open (including amended COVID-19 hours) and the website also.. Ensure that the location is open at the listed time, both on the web and at the physical location. If 24/7 RideShare is needed, it would be helpful to know that BEFORE having to be on the phone for 15 minutes to change the reservation type. Based on how long it took and the need to route to another location to get it, I canceled the equipment dolly I needed to get on with my rental.William J.

The uhaul was very dirty when I received it I actually had to clean it before I loaded my belongings into it. The return was awful as well, the key didn't even fit in the key slot. There were lock boxes for the keys but I wasn't given a code. I was also told not to lock my uhaul when I returned it after hours so that if someone stole the radio they could claim insurance money.... seems like something I could be blamed for potentially. They also wrote the wrong amount of gas on the receipt but fixed it on my personal receipt... so in the end made no difference and I just ended up filling the tank completely, spending more money.Madison J.

Get a drop box with a slot that actually accepts keys! Also, clearly display the location of the drop box. If you choose to install your drop box near the ground, at least have signage at eye level.Johnathan C.

The U-haul system would not take my credit card, so the person at the site had to call the corporate office and re-create all of the pre-work that I had already done. Very happy with the location, unimpressed with U-haul's processes and systems.Scott W.
The back of the truck smelled very intensely of marijuana and we had to let it air out since we didn't want our furniture to smell like that. The person who checked me in was terrible. I was just before closing and he was in a huge hurry to leave. First he told me he wouldn't check me in. Then when I confronted him about their posted hours he said just drop the key in that slot when you leave. Then he took off 5 minutes before closing. The key didn't fit in the slot and I had no idea what my charges were. Thankfully the next morning the person who handled the check-in called me and was very helpful.William P.

I have used this specific location multiple times now and the young gentleman that works their has always been very easy to works with and I have personally witnessed a few different times Him having to deal with The corporate uhaul Systems being down while still running the station and helping multiple customers at the same time and showed zero signs of stress or frustrations in front of myself or other customers while handling these situations..DARIN O.

The person helping me with the rental was great! Very friendly and wonderful service. I did let him know that the cab of the truck was filthy. Not cleaned out and that someone had spilled something in there. He came out and looked at it and told me he would make notation of that on my account.
