The only thing I can think of would be to look at cost . I rented the trailer for 24 hours with the insurance and taxes it was over 75 dollars. I can tell you at that cost every time I need a trailer I'll personally look at purchasing one . But my overall experience was what I expected. Thank y'all for your service.James R.

The online reservation process is garbage. We were going to be charged upwards of $300 due to a scheduling change, which was brought about by Uhaul over booking trucks at our original pick up location. The person at the location we picked up from was keen to Uhaul's bullshit, and treated us as a walk in customer. We were able to get out the door for a fair price, no thanks to Uhaul. The person who helped us had to spend 30 minutes trying to get our order confirmed before just scrapping it, and starting from scratch. A clear indicator that Uhaul's online ordering application, is a literal piece of shit. I am unlikely to do business with Uhaul again. The staff at Mitchell were the only redeeming aspect of the entire process, and they represented Uhaul better than Uhaul represents itself.Kassey K.

I was not able to use the 24/7 check out at this location on the pick up truck. I had to wait for the facility to open before I could get the truck. It cost me an hour of my time. There was no point in using the 24/7 check out.John P.

Inside of cab had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. When I got truck to loading site, I washed the seats, dashboard and door panels with cleaner and let air out. Found a nasty hair brush in door pocket.steve M.

The rental went well. The only problem was the time listed on the website, was not right. The store wasn't open at the listed time due to temporary changed hours for Covid, so I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up.Jameelia C.

Customer service was nice but truck was dirty and smelled like smoke. Dust, pollen and ashes were on dash, console and seats. Outside of truck looked like it had not been washed in awhile. No washer fluid when I tried to rinse windshield. Nice store, nice people but pick up truck should be cleaned a little better between customers.Laura M.

The equipment was not ready for rental . Equipment missing: My handtruck waa unavailable and caused major delays . My moving team was already on site and I was required to go to another location to find a hand truck which required mileage against my purchase contract and labor time with my movers. Really quick process to pick up the 10-foot box truck. The employees that helped with pick up and drop off knew exactly what to do. I was impressed with the box truck. Clean, well-maintained, and in great shape for a truck with almost 70,000 miles on it. I would rent one of these trucks again and certainly would choose the same location.David P.

They charged us an extra day and lead us to believe if we turned it in early we would be reimbursed for the days not used. Didn't help hook the trailer up or even make sure the equipment was in proper order. It rained on the trip back home and all our furniture and boxes got soaked from all the leaks in the trailer. They trailer should have never been available to rent if it can't prevent water damage if it rains. Very disappointed and ruined multiple times that had to be thrown away.Richard J.
