this facility is a model for the others around, I don't see a lot of room for improvement. there is not a lot of friction in the system, the process was quick and easy. this is my second time using this outlet in the past month or so, and both experiences have been more than I could ask for. the sales associate was friendly and courteous, fully informative and warmed up the van and brought right up to the office door. I accidentally didn't press the continue button when I was making reservations, so when I showed up there was no van for me, but the sales associate handled my problem perfectly, and had the next size van available. we were on a tight budget moving someone with a fixed income and even that bigger van was affordable. 100% will recommend moran u-haul to friends and family.

The truck had wipers that didn't work, wiper fluid that didn't work and a windshield that had been “recently replaced” but the trim was coming off and wind was coming in. And I had to drive in a blizzard.

The check engine light was on. I notified the agent at the site before driving away, he said to ignore it. You might want to fix it some time. It didn't cause a problem that I could see though.

When we walked into the office to arrange for a rental, I was struck by how clean the facility was. The staff are professional and helpful. And it's about 2 miles from my home so that's awesome. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was top notch for real. I even had to call store later that day to ask where hazzard lights were. The guy went to check another van on the lot just to be sure he was right. Got back to me quickly. Will be back.

My experience was great I got the advice i needed before the trip, and Matthew was great about adjusting for my error on my reservation. I received excellent communication and professional service! The online checkin and return was straightforward and convenient My van drove sluggish in the lower gears but was great on the highway

My truck was wet in the inside. There was water all over the floor and wasn't dried out. I had to clean it before I started moving.

The uhaul portal was giving me trouble and the operator at this site stepped up, reached out and took control and made the experience terrific. His actions streamlined and simplified my interactions and I am grateful for his help. I have rented and suffered through the portal a couple of times. But I really appreciated having a human step in.

Maybe go over the off hour return process ahead of time. It was pretty involved. I was able to follow along on the app, but maybe giving more awareness when I signed up. Just a suggestion.

Very happy with the rental and the location. Pick up was quick and pleasant. Online drop off (www.uhaul.com/share) was unclear about whether it actually closed the transaction out, but I got a receipt in email this morning, so all well that ends well.

App based vehicle pickup took longer than expected (or in person pickup) and had to try twice before eventually getting “approved.” Delayed start to move plans as a result but not due to any issue with this location specifically.

Small thing, but you asked: Make it obvious how to turn 10-ft truck's box light on in the dark from inside with my cargo. Like a little placard where a home's light switch would be maybe?

i got pulled over by state police because the registration on the truck was expired by over a month. the truck was dirty and it was stalling out. i could not go over 25 mph.

I was given a $25 charge for a missing blanket. I have no idea if I was given twelve blankets to begin with, I didn't count. It was a pretty negative way to end my experience after returning the truck 15 hours early.

The staff at Moran Leasing is the best - all of the people working there are courteous, efficient and very helpful. I've rented vans from this location multiple times and have always had great experience. I feel lucky to have this location close to where I live. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there.

Hello I made mistake of returning keys before filling out return app on y phone. I returned van at 3 pm but my battery was dead and only realized I was supposed to do stuff in it at 845 pm Therefore my pictures are not accurate. Thanks

The entire process was easy and convenient. Pick up and drop off were seamless. The equipment was great. I thought the office would be open until 6 PM but they closed early, which is fine during these weird COVID times and the drop box worked fine in the absence of the office.

Your rates were not accurately presented in your advertisements or over the phone. The 69 cents per mile was not communicated in either. My first truck had low air pressure in one of the tires. I had to change trucks before leaving the site. This should have been quality checked before taking the truck. Your survey needs to use a 5 point scale vs. yes or no if you want accurate feedback.

Very easy to work with the attendant. The only concern was that the check engine light came on immediately. I wished that the location had ensured that things like that wouldn't happen for their customers safety. Other than that everything went well.

Locked key inside truck before drop off... so I wasn't able to accurately complete photos and mileage etc. this should be clearer in the box... “do not drop key until ...” thanks otherwise smooth ecperience

The location and truck were great, but using the app for check-in and check-out was so bad. Repeatedly froze and had to close out and restart. Incredibly frustrating and delayed us by more than 30 minutes on both ends.

the first van wasn't there, the second one smelled like horses and was dirty, dried mud in bed and drivers seat..I wiped everything down with clorox as a precaution because I wasn't sure it had been cleaned and thats the first time I haven't received a rental with a full tank of gas. I returned full though!

Large gap under the storage room doors mean dirt can blow into your units when others sweep or the door is open. Not a dust free place. Hallways never seemed very clean.
