Nobody was there and the app did not work, so I just dropped the keys in the key box. Outside was clean and organized.

Laura KThe truck was dirty. Pulled hard to the left. The back roll door rusted shut. The gas tank was half full. Couldn't adjust the side mirrors. Safety issues. Need new wiper blades badly.Chip in the front windshield. It was horrible. Good thing I know what I'm doing. Another customer may not which will cause safety issues.

culligan wThe drop location didnt consider the issue I brought up about mileage discrepancy. Basically told me to take it up with corp. I mentioned the pad shortage...and got the response that wasnt on his end, so he was not going to credit that. The whole UHAUL experience is sketchy where any mistakes on the front end will NOT be corrected on the back end, because of the disconnect. Fortunately, I didn't have any major issues other than the mileage miss and pad shortage, but I could readily see how any major problem would end up being a time suck and likely a major inconvenience due to the disconnects. I still don't know who I should contact to discuss the issues mentioned.
Alan TI called U-Haul for an extension, they put in the drop off time as 4am. I returned the truck before 4 pm and got charged for an extra day

MICHAEL CIt was simple and fast. I had the vehicle moved with the dolly and was back home in an hour. I highly recommend this location and will return for any future needs.

Mike ISaid he was giving a extra day for free he didn't. Truck made a vibrating noise so loud you had to yell to talk to the other person in the truck. Seat belt did not retract on its on. When you pulled the belt out to buckle. You had to push the extra back down by hand. The steering was loose. Not a good thing when pulling a car on a too heavy ( uhaul) car trailer. The truck had over 116000 miles. Way too many to keep on the road
