They messed up entering the rental info. I reserved 5 days, confirmed, they entered 3 days without my knowledge. This made the drop off location expect the vehicle back early. My online account showed 4 days. I picked up the vehicle with 3/4 tank, confirmed with pickup instructions and uploaded a photo at pickup, they entered no fuel info so the drop off location expected it to be full. The antenna to the vehicle was missing so it had no radio for a 9 hour trip.Jeff C.

You cannot check in to get your truck; you have to log on to Uhaul.com. This place is a cell "dead zone" which made the process absolutely long and frustrating. If I had not needed the truck so bad I would have cancelled and walked away. And this was on top of not getting the correct size truck in the location I asked for near my house in south Everett.Kathryn W.
The smartphone checkout failed multiple times and the attendant would not let me out till it was done. Insisted I use the phone app to check in truck. Then overcharges for Gas and safemove. My last rental went without a hitch but from now on I will have to check my account for overcharged when I use UHaul.Jon S.

They had some computer issues. I upload my info and when arrived They only had part of it. So quick check out was not quick. But. They did give me a 10.00 credit for the inconvenience. Much kinder there than the one down the street. I will say that.Amber S.
