What I did not like was being told I could pickup at one location. then receive a phone call changing the location and when I go there, i am told no reservation there. I call 1800 number and had to travel 15 to 20 extra miles to get the truck. Poor communication! This also happened the first time I rented from you.Glenn S.

Glenda was our worker (not sure the spelling of the name). This was the WORST service I have ever received. Nothing was done correctly. I had my location changed on me twice. My original location was 1 mile away. You changed my reservation to a pickup location 10 miles away. I called y'all and got it switched to a location 5 miles away. I called the location ahead of time to confirm the new location for my reservation. Our reservation was for 8am and I received a call at 8:05 regarding my reservation being changed on me AGAIN. We were already at the store and we're notified the truck was not dropped off the night before. Glenda told us the new location was "just down the road". It was in a DIFFERENT CITY that was 20 miles or 26 minutes away. I tried calling the new locations number to confirm but the number did not exist. When I told Glenda this she did not try to help us she just said "I don't know that's the right number." Then she gives us the customer service number and starts helping the customer behind us. She only talked to us for about 7 minutes before pushing us out. We arrive at the next location at 8:45 but the store did not even open until 10am. We had to wait on hold to even speak to someone who could help us pickup the truck with no person. It took AN HOUR to be put on hold and transferred to 3 different people. The people on the phone were very nice, but Glenda ruined our entire experience. She did not say sorry once. Your employees clearly do not care about your customers. You gave us free mileage but we still had to drive 40 extra miles and pay for that gas. This is ridiculous to say the least. For me to trust your service again I need to be reimbursed for the extra gas we incurred for driving an extra hour in our personal vehicle as well as the extra 20 miles we had to drive with the moving truck. It took us 2 hours to get our moving truck. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will be leaving a detailed Yelp and Google review so everyone knows not to use this location.Michael M.

It would be nice to get some kind of credit for bringing the truck back with a gas tank fuller than I had to fill it up. I also was charged $5 because I drove a few additional miles than I originally paid for (literally 12 miles) hell if I would have known that I would of siphoned the gas back out to a quarter tank like it should of been to return it.Payne W.

The truck's air conditioner did not work at all!!! Otherwise, the truck was clean and well maintained.TERRY W.
The lady, Latayla, was fantastic. Really nice and hard working. But the Uhaul's air conditioner was not blowing cold air. It was cooler outside the vehicle than within it. It was 95 degrees that day. Also I traveled only 32 miles within 3 hours and it cost $90 plus $10 gas. I think sign on side of truck $19 plus fees. That seems deceptive.Joshua P.

First of all the order was somehow entered as picking up a different piece of equipment than what was ordered. The U-haul center said they open at 8:30 wrong it was 9am. Took over a hour to get trailer situation fixed and thankfully they had one.U-haul gave a 20.00 voucher to use when the trailer was turned in and that place said they did not know what that was and instead of calling they did nothing.Lisa R.

There was no place to park the truck and trailer on the property. The lady inside asked me to park the trailer in one spot, and wait for another customer to move another truck. I told her she'd have to guide me back if she wanted me to park and unhitch the trailer. She gave up trying to guide me back and told me to just leave it there. Of course, there was just one employee there and she worked for the storage place, not U-haul, so her job sucks and I don't blame her that much, but that's just how U-haul operates.Shannon K.

Well first off, I picked my preferred pick up location as off of Burbank road at 2 o'clock. I never received the uhaul call telling me that my equipment would be ready. So on the day of the rental, June 2, I called my preferred location at 11 o'clock. They said that no pick up location had been confirmed for me and that they would sort it out (the one silver lining was the worker with whom I spoke to at the Burbank location). She called me back and said that the only 15' uhaul available was 30 minutes away in Prairieville. Of course I was moving out of town, and needed it for that day, so I said fine I'll take it. The kicker? The place closed at 12. So now I had to sprint to get over there. I arrived and there was a sign on the door saying that the staff had made a run to the bank. They closed at 12, and made a bank run at 11:30? They got back at 11:50 and I asked to get the lone uhaul out front and showed my verification text message from uhaul. But apparently that lone uhaul our front was not supposed to be for me. So I had to wait while she figured out how to get it in my name. When I returned the uhaul, I went 10 miles over the allotted 90 miles allowed, due to the fact that I had to go to Prairieville to pick it up. So I had to pay for that. I also had to return it at 11, when I wanted it from 2 Saturday to 2 Sunday. That is why I scheduled the pick up for 2 o'clock. Uhaul is a debacle.Zachary A.

There was a scheduling issue with my order. My confirmation email had me at one location and I showed up and that location was closed. I called and was told my order location had changed but I was never notified. There were multiple lights out on the trailer including turn signals and brake lights. Other than that the experience at my local U-Haul rep was smooth and the employee was very helpful! I will recommend U-Haul to others.Steven L.
