Not allow teenage boys to run to run the uhaul rental. Did not provide dolly in which we paid for, they did not return the $10 rental fee and told us to tell uhaul company â€œthe dolly was brokenâ€ when they hadn't even provided us with it. Gave us the WRONG truck that had over 150k miles on it with no gas when the one we intended to rent had 50k and a full tank. Made us put gas in the tank to bring the truck to a half tank when it was below half a tank when we received it initially. Would not ever recommend anyone to this facility to rent.Stephanie L.
The personal was great, the only thing is he is a gas attendant. I would recommend this person showing some kind of ID, showing he link to the Uhaul company so your not giving the key away to just anyone. Its risky if you give it to the wrong person. Anyone one can say they work for uhaul. Well thanks again great experience for me.Carl G.

The Manager at this location was awesome. The problem was with UHaul. I reserved and prepaid weeks in advance. UHaul changed pick up locations twice and when I showed up at this service station to pick up the equipment the Owner told me that UHaul rented out the equipment from under me. After spending hours on the phone with UHaul the Owner of the service station was able to rent us the equipment after having to make an new reservation. Thank God for this Owner if we had to rely on Uhaul we would have been in a bad place. Never will I rent from UHaul again. They are incompetent.William S.

I was first off horrified that they didn't have any (and when I say "any" I mean they didn't even have moving pads) of the dollies I reserved. I have a lot of extremely heavy furniture that required these and was forced to improvise. I was not given a warning this was going to happen either. I was also not warned that if you pay in cash, they make you pay an extra $100 as a holding fee. The people at the pickup were sympathetic enough, which was nice, but uhaul, in my opinion, needs to adhere more to what the customer requests and needs to put some sort of warning somewhere indicating the extra $100 if paying in cash.Sarah A.

My Reservation was made in Worcester, Ma and they sent me 40 Miles away for a pickup and I had to wait almost 90 minutes as there was only a single person that had to keep pumping gas. The Equipment was old without any Cruse Control so it make the trip very hard. Also the equipment struggled to get up to speed even empty, and was even worse when packed.dennis D.

The only issue was that the computer system was down so the person I returned the truck to couldn't login to say the truck had been returned. Monday I received a text from uHaul about returning the truck because they thought I still had it. I called and explained when and where I returned it and that the system was down and they were fine with that.Kerri T.
I am very displeased with how Uhaul represents themselves. I arrived at 309 truckstop and attendant mainly ignored me as if I was not a priority. I arrived at 11 am expecting to be there around the time frame of a half hour. The attendant served other customers while casually writing up my order. He made numerous mistakes and had to do the order 4 times. My credit card was reused twice due to negligence. After waiting a couple of hours in a place where PORNOGRAPHY was hanging in free sight for my 5 year old neice to see so I had her get picked up. I finally got the keys to the uhaul and asked the attendant for help backing the Uhaul up into the trailer though he declined. This trial took me a hour to do upon myself. The help that I gotten to load the Uhaul were unable to stay and load bc of unecesssary amount of time spent at the location. I ended up loading the whole Uhaul myself. I am very much displeased in the customer service that I received. Dropping off the Uhaul was quite a releif for me. After seeing Uhaul represents themselves through dirty adult gas stations with poor customer service I will never recommend them to anyone.
