The online check in process does not work. I still had to go in & check in in person & then the gentleman had to re-do everything as the details were not correct. Picking where you want to pick up the truck does not mean you will be able to get it at that location , & the website does not update any changes. Just call & reserve with a human .HEATHER P.

These folks went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck. They came out on a Sunday when I having issues with mobile pick-up. U-hauls computerized pick-up app needs a lot of help.John G.

The system made us type in 3 phone numbers before it would accept one. The first 2 were our cell phones. We do not have a house phone. Our father was there and we gave his house phone and that was accepted but he has nothing to do with the rental. Maybe just update the system. The people we rented off of were really awesome. Will rent from them again.Edward Y.
