Was asked to deliver the truck to Nanaimo instead of Courtney, which is a little more than a hour further , both directions, The truck was cleaner inside and out, then when picked up the truck, there was a half a tank of gas, when it was dropped off ,it had three quarters of a tank of gas. Plus it was taken to Nanaimo a day earlier. The location was hard to find and drive the truck to, the man was very rude ! And he changed my visa an extra $86.38.We will definitely not recommend the Nanaimo u-haul location to anyone.

Our uhaul leaked and destroyed ALL of our belongings. I spent 2000 on this uhaul for all of my things to be destroyed.. I am very unhappy. I lost valuable photos of my children that cannot be replaced.
Nicole MIt was hard to find and in a very sketchy area of town. Inadequate signage as to whether this was the dropoff location or where to actually leave the truck. Nobody was there at drop off time so we had to do it online. No reliable cell service to complete return with. When speaking with the staff there, they were also rude and totally clueless to the situation or the drop off time.
Nicholas SGreat assistance with accommodating me with the return of the truck. I explained that due to unforeseen incidents such as me being in the hospital for 2 days, and when the highway from Jasper to Kamloops was closed and detoured, hence extending my mileage, i was hoping for some consideration with the charges. But i guess, corporate is corporate giving no considerations.
