I initially reserved a truck that was too small. The attendants handled everything for me and switched my payment over to a bigger truck without any hesitation. It went well. Great staff. The lock for self pickup was a little difficult but I got it.

William HBetter dimensions of the trailer. The door is several inches smaller than the interior 4x8 and y there was no height dimension at all.

DONALD SI did not read my U-Haul truck at this facilities. I had to drive clear across town in order to get an appliance dolly that I reserved the day before and was told it would be on the truck. When I got there they had no dollies left. I would love to give you some feedback on how days went at the place that I got the U-Haul on Columbus road here in Canton Ohio. Never again. Will I ever go back to that place again? And I'm not sure if I would recommend anybody else going there
Eddy PThey will screw you over I was suppose to pay 150$ and this place charges me 280 $ in fee's . I lucky took pictures and am in a battle with u haul. Not a fun experience. They don't know how to do basic math. Mileage in and out was off and got double charged for a few things. Never go here!
