NESTOR NESTOGood service, quick in and out. The car was new but obviously previous renters did not take good care - back door was hard to open because the lock was bent due to an accident. It obviously is a popular season for van rentals, associate did not have time to add air to tire (low tire pressure alert). It was a good experience overall. I would recommend this business.

Juan AlsinaMake sure the rental agent is there on time rather 15 minutes late, the rental has been cleaned prior to our pick up time and the items we reserved (a furniture dolly) are actually available. Moving without a furniture dolly was very difficult and required that we carry items which we should not have been lifting because they were way too heavy. We will be feeling the effects for some time.

Andres GutierrezI have a ticket opened with customer support 3954809. I am still waiting for an update. The owner’s son rented me van and said their store is closed on Sat and Sun so I cannot return the van until Monday (I can keep the van until Monday free of charge), when I return on Monday they charged me for 3 days. I need my money back!!
Shreyaben SoniI specifically omitted insurance on my rental because I am an insured driver and my credit card carries collision insurance for rental vehicles. However, somehow between when I made the booking and took the car, insurance was added to the price without my knowledge. I only received the contract via email after I had taken the car. Then, at the rental location, I was told "It's only $20" but that it could not be taken off since I was already returning the vehicle. If it is only $20, then why do I have to eat the price of this as opposed to the dealer? Clearly there was some kind of a miscommunication between the system from when the booking was placed to when the vehicle was taken or at the very dealer where the insurance was added without my knowledge or consent--after I specifically omitted it from the booking.

ERIK TORRESI rented a van and had no problems. There was a little sand on the floor, so I guess that should've been cleaner, but it was only sand and not grimey dirt. Overall my experience was great.
Ethan TalmadgeI was charged twice for “two rental periods” even though my agreement said the charge was by the mile plus $19.95, NOT by time, and I could return the vehicle within business hours. Ridiculous — had to do a credit-card chargeback. This didn’t happen at other locations.

Erik TorresThe facility we rented from was fine. U-Haul is the problem. I went through the corporate website to book my reservation had a supervisor confirm that everything was scheduled the way I wanted it received a confirmation number. The day before pick up was scheduled I received a phone call also from corporate informing me that none of the electronica pick up arrangements were possible at that location. It delayed my entire day, my driver wound up having to put it on his credit card, due to the miss communication from corporate I will never again rent from U-Haul!

They are wrong you schedule a pick up of a truck at 7 am because that is whatbthe website says and you end up finding out the next day that the location wont open until 10 am. So whatever you have planned gets ruined because you guys have a schedule that you dont follow. On top of that your phone service does not have an explanation. I ended up paying more because what i had scheduled to pick up at 8 am turned out to be at 11.
