Truck was dirty and smelled terrible. Alarm on dash saying oil change required (staff knew about it). Returning the truck was a hassle becasue the website would not work on my phone (saying location could not be found) even though all directions were followed exactly to allow location on my phone. Also ridiculously pricy for what we got. Will use a different company next time.Natalia J.
Trucks Interior was dirty. In these current times that's a serious issue. Not sanitized and a mask from the previous renter was hanging on the gear shift. Also smelled like marijuana inside.DANIEL NORMAN D.

I loved the ease of the whole experience from start to finish. The lady who helped me to start with was amazing and so helpful. I especially liked to return process via my cell phone. Absolutely loved it and it was super easy to return the van. Will definitely use this location again and will recommend to my friends and family.Christopher A.
The woman running this facility wouldn't even get out of her chair and check in the truck. she refused. She was rude and very disagreeable. To top it off she double charged us on 2 different cards. She charged my debit card that I used to reserve the truck and then again on my cousins card when we dropped it off. She also charged us for over 300 miles extra, that we did not drive. when the mistakes were pointed out to her she refused to fix them. when I called her about it the next day and asked her to fix the problem, she became very rude again, hanging up on me twice! very unprofessional! Stating it wasn't her problem! Rude nasty woman!!!! Sorry, but I would never send anyone to her! Unless I hated them!Matthew M.

Have the people who work there know what they are doing. We got there to pick up our rental truck and they didn't know how to get it ready. We where they over an hour trying to get the truck picked up. I feel we should get a little money back for the time we spend trying to get itmichael V.

There was 2 of us waiting @10 a,m, to get trucks, the lady who was waiting had to call them to come, they were 40 min late, my van was clean but when the guy went to get it from the back muddy lot he got the drivers side floors covered in mud, the contract was for $179,.12 they charged my card $200.67, they probably charged me for their messy floor,Robert T.

This was the only good experience I had with uhaul. They messed up my pick up locations messed up my pick up time all the day before I was to take possession of the rental. It wasn't until I insisted uhaul honor my original time and pick up location did they begrudgingly reinstate my original schedule. worst customer relations I have seen in a very long time. I don't understand why I was charged thirteen cents. I filled the truck with a little more fuel than what was in the truck at time of rental. I took the pictures of the gas gauge at 8:54a and again at 6:23p on 07/04/2018. It clearly shows I returned the truck with a little more fuel.Samson M.
