I was changed to this location from the original one I conveniently picked at reservation. The truck was very dirty in the outside, it could use some washing. Other than that I didn’t have any issues. The location was sketchy, I didn’t feel safe doing the transaction/pickup there, specially leaving my car while using the truck.

When I initially asked about the rental I was not told about a fuel charge. I specifically asked what needs to be paid in order to rent a truck and nothing about fuel charges was mentioned. I was told cost of the truck and mileage
Reginald LFirst off the dude wasted my time by 40 mins because he didn’t scroll on his computer to find my name with our reservation. He called an U-HAUL help line and made us wait even longer even after I showed him our email with the reservation when he did suddenly miraculously find our reservation he didn’t say anything he just said “oh I messed up” I get it we fuck up but dude really took 40 mins of our time because he didn’t want to scroll???And then when we got the truck it was really dirty. Had a horrible odor to it of mold or weed. Horrible location
Marissa NThe U-Haul had no pull out ramp! Who rents a U-Haul to move stuff without a ramp. I didn't notice it until it was time to fill up the U-Haul
John MI made the reservation on the U-Haul app. When attempting to pick up the truck, the attendant told me the the Damage Protection Coverage and Roadside Assistance coverage were mandatory instead of optional. I told him my car issurance would cover it if something happened. First, he told me the computer wouldn't let him continue unless I agreed to the extra coverage. I went outside to call U-Haul. He eventually came out and told me his manager told him he could rent it to me. Even then, he kept up, saying you really need it. Repairs are really expensive. I felt this was a real Bait and Switch Scam. If your app allows the reservation to be completed without this optional coverage, why are your agents allowed to try to change the terms of the contract? The rear tire air pressure was low and the Dashboard was showing theTPMS warning.
John MHad difficulty locating the truck and word lock. Attendant in food mart did not know how to help or problem solve. She couldn’t leave the store to help with the trucks and locks located outside. I ended up having to call U-Haul for assistance.
