When picking up the rental, the store opened 30 mins late. Worse, she was late and had not started her computers, so she took a photo of the credit card and sent us on our way. Approximately 3 hours later, she called and stated that we needed a different payment, because they do not accept debit cards!?! WTF! I have always used the same card. Then, she wanted a new for of payment that was not a debit card, or for us to return the truck!! Yeah, ok lady, we will turn off the highway, unload, and return the truck because YOU can't get to work on time and do your job. Needless to say, a call to the customer service and â€œyes, we DO accept debit cardsâ€, the payment was taken over the phone and we were all set. U-Haul is great, we have used them many times, but THIS locationâ€¦STAY AWAY. Gave them 1 star because there is no 0 or negative numbers!!!Tyler C.
This is not a regular uhaul location. It just happen to have the trailer we needed. The young lady told us we had to hook up the equipment ourselves. Having owned a camping trailer, we knew exactly what to do.Pat V.

I do not see any way to improve the Null and Crossbones location or service. They were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. I will definitely consider using their services in the future. AAA+++Jeff L.

The dolly was not sent. Was not informed about some of the equipment. The truck shook very Badly Also directions coming from the location was awful so I got lost. That us why there was extra miles. Was not infied of how big the gas tank was. I should be reimbursed for the extra gas i put in the tank. As far as i had to drive with only a half a tank and as poorly as the truck was running i was almost on empty. When i reached florissant ,moRegina L.
The lady here was very nice, she didn't come out to inspect the truck nor did she come out to document the mileage.HEATHER K.

Actually give the correct code , not make us wait 45 min, and have the 12 furniture blankets we ordered in the truck. Never again will we use or recommend UHaul again.Deana D.
