They added 2x what I actually drove as extra mileage. I am filing for arbitration resolution. The place was grimey and in bad area. The guy who took the key said the "uhaul guy" wasnt there right now so I could not confirm mileage they wrote down. I had feeling when I left they were going to try and rip me off. I returned the truck 9/4, no one was to be in the office again until Tuesday 9/7; because of holiday. They didn't check the truck in until 9/7 at 12:52? And of course I was charged a cleaning fee; we only moved furniture, nothing messy! I have rented many u-hauls and have never been charged unfairly, so I will make sure I call in to 888 telephone line to verify my drop off time, in the past as long as We returned the truck in the evening before the office opened, we have never been charged.DEBRA GAYLA K.
I believe I was over charged for my uhaul and I tried multiple times to contact her to discuss the issues but they have not returned my call. The bill was estimated to be around $80 and $125 was taken from my checking account. I did not rent a big truck it was a 17 footer.
