The lobby area for customers was extremely hot and inhumane. They have a window separating the employee side from the customer side and it was hotter in the lobby than outside. That made the whole experience failEricka C.

Work with this location on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The location is fine for a vehicle pickup or drop off - But they do not have any supplies on hand - Even supplies reserved via the rental agreement. We had to go to another location to pick up our moving pads. Which created a dilemma at the drop off because the pads were not added to my rental agreement. An entirely new agreement was issued at the second location.Elington B.

This location made me park the truck for him and then proceeded to charge me a $20.00 â€œafter hours return feeâ€ when I returned it a DAY EARLY & at 2:05 in the afternoon, way before his closing time. It was a complete rip off! When I confronted him he said he just â€œchecked it in and the system charged the $20â€ but I have been renting U-Haul for years and it has NEVER happened. He â€œsaidâ€ he would refund immediately but DID NOT! I had to go through multiple phone calls before I finally got someone at the â€œonline chatâ€ customer service who finally was able to remedy the erroneous(fraudulent charge: Lilian was excellent assistance, Thank you! I would be very aware of using that drop off location again, and would go so far as to say, I would request ANOTHER Location.Michael H.
It cost me $500 for 3 days all because the truck I was supposed to get was NOT rentable so the price got jacked up will not use same location will recommend friends to not eitherHarley H.

I was overcharged and then he tried to say the dolly was missing when it wasn't. The truck didn't work good and was dirty and had cigarettes in the ashtray. Tried to overcharge by $200.00...The uhaul office didn't even look like a uhaul office. It was the worst rental experience I ever had and because of this I would never rent from uhaul again although through the years it has been my choice for my rental needs but I'm done. It was terrible, time consuming and unacceptable.ROY H.

The locations was not the best in the world but eventually got things done. However not matter how good the location is UHAUL AS A COMPANY SUCKS. I WILL NEVER, EVER IN MY LIFE USE UHAUL AND WILL OPENLY DISOURAGE EVERYONE THAT I KNOW FROM USING UHAUL. I WOULD RATHER USE A WHEEL BARROW HOOKED TO A RIDING LAWN MOWER THAN RENT FROM UHAUL.DAVID D.
Not a location I would rent from or refer a friend to. It was a gas station/used car location with no help and poor direction. I notified them that I would be arriving late and the process to rent the truck was very difficult, with no help it became extremely difficult. Yet I managed with the help of a Uhaul scheduling manager from corporate to complete the rental 3 hours after the pickup time which is the only reason I gave this location two stars. The move is done and I am thankful.JOHN K.

Make the UHAUL location more noticeable from the street. It's inside a gas station with a very small uhaul sticker on the door. Also, hire more knowledgeable individuals who knows how yo navigate your system better. The older guy had to call two different colleagues to figure out what was going on. As for the uhaul company as a whole, better handling/scheduling of customer's accounts need to be done. I called in to reserve the truck and once I checked in on my phone at the location, the guy advised that I was not in their system at all. Therefore making me 45-50 minutes behind.CANDICE B.
