The gentleman at this location was kind. Please know that on Reservation #: 21506001, I ordered a 15' truck. This is acknowledged and confirmed in an email sent to me by "email@example.com". Oaks Variety had a 10' for me. This proved to be very burdensome. Upon reserving a 15' truck the website suggested to me that this truck was reserved for me and if I didn't get it I was entitled to a $50 rebate. The mirror on the driver side of the truck I rented kept moving, giving me no choice then to fix it, on the highway, super dangerous. There was also something wrong with the breaks or something connected to the breaks. I did not feel safe driving this truck. Please fix these issues before something bad happens. I did let the attendant know of these issues and told him to relay this information with a U-Haul employee; he didn't seem like he really cared. I won't be renting a U-Haul again, especially from this location.Caitlyn M.
Extremely unprofessional guy at the convenience store. Cannot speak English properly and was not understanding that I had purchased safe move insurance coverage. Made me Stay for over 30 mins while he was panicking about the already broken mirror and taking pictures and trying to document. Had to call Uhaul customer service and asked them to explain the insurance coverage so I can leave. They should not represent Uhaul. Very badMuhammad A.

Upon drop off, the person tried to tell us the vehicle had been in an accident in the time we had the uhaul - which it had not. After the fact we were charged $8.72 which I am going to assume was for washing or disinfecting the truck for the next user. Would not choose this location to deal with next time.DANIEL G.

Did not want to give me my refund because I paid cash when I picked up truck and he didn't like giving cash back so he refused to give me it back unless I had a credit card which I did not have, had to threaten with the cops just to get 95$ was just horribleKendall C.
Very hard to understand associate at the store. No mention of extra items such as coverage was asked, it was just added to the bill. Luckily I noticed the price and mentioned to them that I did not want these add on services. Please provide proper training on the u_haul application. The gentleman running the U-haul site was trying very hard and did what he can to help me, but both him and I had difficulty using the U-haul applications to finalize both the rental contract and payment.Seth G.
This location is great, but for whatever reason when I booked my truck online and requested mobile check-in, the owner of the location couldn't find my reservation and we ended up spending half an hour filling everything out again, along with a quote that was double what I had originally signed up for. Nervous, I took the truck anyway thinking I could dispute it afterwards. Once my move was finished, I tried to return the truck using the app to save time, but it wouldn't for the life of me upload the photo of the gas gauge so once again it was another 30 minutes in the store doing everything manually. If uhaul could fix the online/app reservation process to work better, uhaul would get 5 stars from me. For now, I can only give 3 stars because everything was so time consuming.Adam K.

Told me a week before I could pick up the truck at this locations at 12. Get there and they tell me I have to drive 15 mins to some other sketchy convienece store. Then once there the clerk didnt even know what he was doing making it a 45 min process and almost didn't give us the truck since we were there before 3 when I asked originally for it at 12. Had to call in the get the uhaul as the clerk couldn't figure out how to run the site for uhaul. Not impressed with the service from this location. They hardly seemed to want to help me when I walked in, never had these issues at the big uhaul in London, ON. Moves aren't suppose to be this stressful but uhaul sure didnt help make it easy in anyway and I'm not happy about it.Alyssa M.

It would be good to train the store owner better as he said it was his second day and he couldn't operate the system well. He had to phone somebody up in order as he couldn't finish the signing out the truck for us himself.Matthew B.
