We ordered at one pickup location and on the day of pickup after our scheduled pickup time they told us it was no longer available at the location. We had to travel very far out of route to pick up the trailer at a different location.Nigel K.

Be transparent. Location was informed of destination and drop off location. The representative put drop off location undecided yet was charged for wrong location drop off. Had indicated wanted to change payment information as issue initially with card and another card was used but wouldn't be charged. Once i attempted to apply charges to correct card was REFUSED THAT OPTION to correct.TIMMY B.

It was an easy pickup on the second try. I had to make two trips, since the truck was not staged when I first arrived. I understand mistakes occur. It was unfortunate and inconvenient, but it worked out.Benford E.
The original agent scheduled me the wrong size truck had to wait an additional 2.5 hours to get the truck my price went from 240 dollars 340, I was originally given a discount and The location did not transfer my discount bad experience over all.Ethel W.

Many Thanks to OKEES USED AUTO SALES for his assistance. I was very pleased with the service I received. However, I have to comment on the difficulty I had in locating this trailer. The U-Haul website was useless. I spent hours trying to locate the size trailer i needed. It was only after calling several locations and the local U-Haul assistance number was I able to locate this equipment as the website said there were no trailer of this size available. After picking up my trailer, I passed several locations that had an abundance of this size trailers in their lots!GARY S.

Don't say a truck will be available in Vicksburg and send the customer on a wild goose chase to Jackson. I had the suoerb experience in Atlanta with UHAUL in 2006 in October when I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. I don't know if pandemic was the problem, but when I got to Hwy 80 Vicksburg, that man tried to give me a refund. When I said I had to leave an apt. in Vicksburg to teach in Selma, AL he said my family is from there. I'd better make a phone call to Jackson & see what I can do.Alvin C.

The people at location were fine. The problem was with U-Haul computers giving me incorrect time and address for pickup. I ended up going to three different places before I got to the right one and by then they were closed so I had to go back the next day.TIMOTHY L.

Not a 24 hour location. Behind locked gates. Did not know this. Tried to drop off on Sunday afternoon but it was closed. A 24 hour location was 4 blocks away. Stay on hold for 35 minutes to change location no one ever picked up. Had to drive back the next morning. Not happy.kennan H.

Location was not familiar with the check in. Did not know the estimate of what the truck would hold. Did not have the needed supplies. I selected a U-haul store as my pickup location and it was changed to a car dealership. The sales person was very nice, just not familiar with the process.
