I was very pleased with the Old Milltown Storage Inc location. The two individuals who assisted me with renting the truck were extremely nice and seemed to care about my experience with renting. One really took it upon himself to make sure the cabin was very clean for me, the next renter. They made renting a U-Haul truck quick and easy. This has been the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. Thank you!

Hard to estimate how many miles someone plans on using the truck for. I got charged for miles I didn’t use. Maybe add something to website to help with mileage so people aren’t being over charged

Went to place Fri 7/30 to get set up, told had to pay 1st month then got next month free. We were NOT told this when we set this up! I even asked agent up front on phone was told no. Waste of time.
