At the last minute my reservation got switched over to another location. I showed up to where I reserved it asks got told this. There were no instructions on how to pick it up. I got there and was informed that I scan a QR code and it would be so easy, it was not! After entering all the information again that I had already given online it said my driver who I added when I reserved it online needed 3 additional forms of verification. It would not allow me to go any further without a lease, employment, passport and something else. It was super frustrating and time consuming. I had people waiting at my house for over an hour waiting for the u-haul so they could help me move. I know technology is supposed to be great and helpful but it can NEVER do what humans can. Bring back people!!!!!

Kristal SWhen I returned the U-Haul, no one was there to personally hand the dolly to I had to put the dolly in the back of the truck in hopes it doesn’t get stolen other than that, everything else went smooth.
