Concerning your U-Haul help number. I wanted to discuss the possibility of returning the trailer to the pickup location. After waiting for 27 minutes and42 seconds the polite lady said that should not be a problem, ask to put me on hold, then disconnected me! Second call: waited for 17 minutes and 32 seconds a very hurried and rude women “the trailer is dispatched and can not be changed” end of discussion

Wow, greatly made up for A bad rental experience a little over a week ago. Customer service was superb. The truck was brand new with a cold AC and super strong engine. I had a bad experience using the 24-hour on line rental system last time but when contacting these guys directly everything went perfect.

Uhaul.com would not let us check out the truck until 2 hours after the rental time. Somehow the system put us in the wrong time zone. Then the truck had NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!! When we could not check out the truck, customer service could not figure it out. After trying for over an hour, with several different customer service Representatives, we finally left. Suddenly, exactly 2 hours after the rental time, it showed we could check out the truck so we drove back to finally get it. Horrible experience to say the least.
