I had a sectional couch along with other items in storage. My sectional had so much green mold on it. I decided not to clean it and throwed it away. And they have rats in the storages I saw rat droppings in my storage. I wouldn't recommend this storage business to anyone.

The truck was not cleaned from the last customer. Broken glass was everywhere. Also, the truck I reserved was not available. I had to settle for a smaller truck.

Upgraded? to a 15' truck - looked like it had been driven through a jungle it was so scratched and beat up - padlock chained to the back roll up door did not have a key (so that was useless) - the personnel at the rental location did provide me with another lock. The truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas - causing me to have to find a gas station in a city I was unfamiliar with. I've certainly had better experiences in the past with U-Haul.

My pickup was location was changed without me being notified and I was given a little attitude even though I did nothing wrong. The location change caused me to be late for the scheduled labor I added.

The mileage rate is to high i think $0.50 to $0.75 is fair. Especially when we have to fill up the tank.

Actually make sure everything works on the vehicle and trailer. I get there to pick it up at 8 am because that's what time the place opened. Well the lady didn't stroll in there until 8:15-8:20. I'm already on a time crunch. Once we get the keys she tells us to go check the truck off. My buddy who was with me used to work for uhual. He said that's not how that works. They are supposed to check it. Well she still refused to do it. So we went and did it. Upon checking it off there was no rear lights on the truck making no lights on the trailer work. So i went back inside and told her this isn't going to work i need another truck. Luckily she had one. Get it all hooked up and come to realize no reverse lights. At this point i didn't care. I was so fed up already i left without reverse lights. Upon going down the highway the truck has horrible shifting problems. Just an overall bad experience this time. And what's sad is i use uhual frequently.

upset this is the 3rd place I had to go to drop off a trailer. the first on Tennessee was overloaded, the second was associated with a church and was closed in the middle of the day then I had to call back to get a number for the 3rd place to go. this is crazy and I don't have time for this please call me I would like to discuss

We had difficulty using the online process. I sent a photo of my license five times. The system timed out and we ended up calling to resolve. This resulted in a 30 minute delay.

I came to pick up the trailer at the appalachee location and thankfully I got there early because they did not have the reserved size trailer I requested. The lady that was supposed to drop it back off never did. so they sent me to the orange ave location. they called and told the lady we were coming. I got there in 13minutes and the doors were locked....finally she showed back up. they were having an auction. then when I got inside she took care of a majority of the people versus us when we were standing there waiting. then the field manager I spoke to said that they gave me a $50.00 credit thus I would be getting the trailer for free and an extra $20.00. Well I looked on my account and the amount of the trailer $32.20 is pending. Please reverse and release this back to my account as it shouldn't have been held period after all of the inconsistencies and issues I had to tolerate on top of a stressful day of moving. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. thank you.

I confirmed a Friday Reservation Thursday night. Get a voicemail 30 minutes before pick up time that I need to go to another location for a truck. that location closed in 20 minutes. but the truck was broken anyway as the guy waited after hours just to tell me that. Was sent to another location for a drop box pick up. was not sent a text or emailed instructions. Called the Uhaul number was on hold and then hung up on, called back and was on hold for 15 minutes. Drove to another location to talk with someone in person, who was very very nice, he set up the email and text., Had to drive back to the drop box location. finally got a truck at 7:30 pm when I was supposed to get it at 5:30. Was told I would get a 50$ credit for the extra miles I had to put on the truck. When I dropped the truck off, there was no credit. I have yet to hear from anyone at U Haul.

This is not the location I chose and I don't appreciate having to drive across town to get to this location which is not in a safe neighborhood. Then when I got there, the app said no truck had been assigned to me and the place was closed! Furious.
