Moved out because storage no longer needed
Sid T | Overall ExperienceI think her name was Shameka or Shaneka. Can’t remember her name 100%, but she was very rude! She wasn’t informative or educational at all. I had previously came in and discussed a uhual. Which I reserved and used. Also getting a storage. I’ve been coming to this particular location for years because I really liked it plus the staff were great. This lady, was new to me. But I usually get the education on the free 30 day storage. She didn’t advise me of anything. After everything was said and done she told me the storage was 80 something bucks because I didn’t return the U-Haul to a different location. I had barely anything to put into the storage. I purchased a 5”5. Was very disappointed in her and her service. I went to get a refund the next day! If others that worked there were doing it wrong, I understand she followed protocol. But her attitude and customer service was poor overall.
