Not aware of separate facility location compared to truck drop off. Had to move storage items by rolling it for 20 minute walk. No lock inside storage unit as promised. Will not use again.

Verified Customer Reviews
Every review is tied to a real U-Haul reservation or contract.
How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service from direct U-HAUL companies are much better than the third-party affiliates which sell U-HAUL. Most of those guys can’t answer all questions and direct me to call the U-HAUL corporate phone number. However, they did get me a good 20 foot truck with only 10,000 miles and a new vehicle was appreciated in order to make my cross country haul. The corporate U-HAUL one800 number.

ROSALYNN M | First ImpressionsThank you for your services.
Barbara W | Overall ExperienceThe staff was especially excellent with helping me maneuver through the process of storing and renting...one young lady even stayed later so I could return the truck. I highly recommend this facility.
