The app sucks. It had to reload my information over and over and retype my login information multiple time. Seems like the app is harder to use than the website.Scott F.

The services this location has are limited (no moving supplies, no hand-truck or dollies. Also, they are only open 5 hours a day.). But they treated me well and fairly, and I appreciated that. The U-Haul website does not make it clear that the customer must take pictures of the odometer and gas gauges, the interior of the back of the truck, and location. The customer has to view the video to get those requirements; I have an older smartphone, and didn't think I could view the video, so I just skipped over it. If you *want* these photos, make it more clear on your web page, in *TEXT* on your web page.. Don't ask your customers to watch a video they may not be able to view.MARSHALL S.
