Dirty truck. Dropped off truck in Kelowna and told "all good" Received an email of non return What the fuck..... Truck was finally found Head office advised me I returned to the wrong location 70 km away from my location. I have used uhaul 3 times and every time there have been massive mistakes costing me sooo much time and stress. Never again...RENE B.

The owner was rude and not helpful at all he did not have any blankets, cardboard, tape, his attitude was the worst I have seen at any Uhall in my life, he had a stupid answer to all my questions I ask for the 10 footer truck and he told me nope this one stay here ., I would consider sending the Uhall bord to visite this one, the truck was a hot mess as well loose window gasket on the driver side I told him to cut it , he replied no just close the driver door on it it won't bug you, after 400k in the truck trust me it bug me very muchEMMANUEL D.

Didn't inform me that because I picked up the truck 15min that the drop off time would change as well. Returned the truck before the designated time but because it was a couple minutes after the pick up time, I was charged an extra day. Complete bs and unacceptable.Kristen M.

We drove 26.7 miles and the load was not even full and fuel cost was $84. I did not check the fuel gauge but the contractor said it was full. I got my invoice this morning that said the tank was 7/8 full when I returned it. We literally drove less than a half mile from the gas station to the Uhaul drop off. Either there is something wrong with the truck or a hole in the gas tank. The fuel consumption makes no sense to me. I will be double checking the fuel if I ever rent a uhaul again. I've had better experiences with budget rentalsâ€¦Crystal B.

Clean your office. Clean your vehicles. I thought I had booked with the other location in town, was very disappointed to find out it was this one. Staff was very rude on the phone, would not recommend to anyone. Ever.ADAM E.
Okay- despite the fact that the locations I used were fine and staffed with helpful people, the drop off experience was HORRIBLE. Uhaul sent me after hours drop off directions for a city in Illinois! When I called to confirm that I was dropping off in Penticton, I was told to ignore the email and simply go to Westminster Party Rentals on Okanagon Ave in Penticton. There was no key drop off and I of course had no directions because the link for drop off was for Illinois. SO, we left the truck and kept the keys and drove back to our town ( we don't live in Penticton it's just out closest location) the customer service line FINALLY answered after leaving me on hold a long time and confirmed that was the correct location and to bring the keys to them the next day (remember- I live in another town). SO, I drive in the next day ( today ) and the location given is NOT a Uhaul affiliate! Now I have to find out where to take the keys. I find the only other place and drive there. They have no confirmation and no idea who I am, but they kindly offer to come get the truck and sort things out for me. I have now spent 20 hours trying to return this truck. To say I am frustrated would be a gross understatement. I am sitting on hold with customer service (again) as I write this, but I expect a follow up call or email to this feedback. Perhaps Uhaul should pay ME for my gas use, kms, and time resolving THEIR completely avoidable error? Contract number 28474814 Patti ParkerRay K.

You sent me to a location that had closed down and on moving day, in 50 weather I had to drive to all other u haul locations only to get a truck smaller then what I needed and it was filthy and empty on gas upon pick up. I'll never use u haul again. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.WILLIAM G.

Truck was a complete piece of garbage! And Dangerous!! The front tire was COMPLETELY bald and the brakes were in poor condition (bad combination). Steering was bad on highway and when in the city the you could not turn the wheel unless you stepped on the gas. Also the ramp on the back would stick significantly and took allot of convincing to come out as well as get back in. This truck would not pass inspection anywhere, yet was rented out!DUANE E.

The gentleman at the drop off location was reluctant to accept the truck even tho I had spoken to a representative to confirm that location. He said he had 30 trucks coming in and didn't want another one, which is not my problem as a customer, especially when I had not been notified when I booked my move. He did accept it thankfully. I did not appreciate being told on the day of my move with the truck half full to change my drop off location to somewhere out of town. I would made arrangements if I was notified at the time of booking. I feel uhaul needs to have a more organized rental system in place to guarantee the customers a truck and make moving less stressful.MARTY R.

The self pick up didn't work, after spending 15minutes trying I had to go in to the shop and start all over again. Would have been a problem if the shop was closed. Nobody online verified my ID. The truck itself was clean in the cargo area but was not good to drive and also only had 1/4 tank of gas on pick up, I'd expect more so that 2 gas stops aren't needed.LAURA W.
