The location drop off was excellent, the manager took the trunk regardless of drop off location changed and helped in that way as other places said they were full . Great appreciated that

Blaine WThe location is also a brake and wheel shop. The staff were busy, but helpful-you cannot expect the combination of these two businesses to have a clean and inviting office. The yard however, was well organized.

ROBERT Msmooth and simple to drop off. he did not know i was coming there and he had several trailers that i wanted rent earlier and was told they didnt have any. the location was fine; the booking was difficult: three location changes out of town and yet there were trailers in town. i recieved at least 12 texts for this rental and the links did not always work and many were repetative. the emails and the booking process was quite dis-connected. your software and communincation process is not customer freindly.

WILLIAM HThe gentleman who helped me get set up with the U-Haul was excellent. He was busy and maintained calm despite the multiple people who all showed up at once! The U-Haul smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, to the point that my husband noticed it on me when i went home at the end of the day. Not the worst thing that could happen but not pleasant! All in all I was extremely appreciative of the front desk man's assistance but on renting and returning the vehicle. Thank you!

Adrian MBe more clear about drop off procedure - we had to double park because there were so many other trucks dropped off that day and we’re worried about where to park as the street was full. A quick phone call sorted it all out, but if we’d been informed at pick up it would’ve saved any stress after a huge long day of moving. Thanks for the excellent service!

Stanislav DThe drop off location was fine, yet we had prebooked several weeks in advance to drop off in Penticton and they wanted us to drive the truck back to Surrey. The guy was helpful and fixed the issue. The app was super glitchy.

DOREEN WThe man was beligerant and angry that we were dropping off a truck and trailer. He said "Nope...I'm not taking any more rentals. No one in the Okanagan will". I asked what I should do with it and he said....and I quote "I don't give a fuck what you do with it. UHaul are assholes"!!! My husband told him he needed to work on his customer service skills and he said "I don't need to work on nothing". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
