non seulement le propriÃ©taire s'en fous Ã©perdument des clients , quand j'ai remis le camion il ne s'est pas gÃªnÃ© de sa place assis pour vÃ©rifier le camion en me disant aprÃ¨s il le fera .et le lendemain il m'envoi la facture il s'est tromper sur le kilomÃ©trage de 52,5 mi qui m'a charger de plus . j'appel ca rÃ©pond pas je me dÃ©place jusqu'Ã chez lui et la il me donne un numÃ©ro de tÃ©lÃ©phone de uhall me demandant d'appeler uhall et ca m'a pris environ 2 heures de temps perdu pour moi .ce que je peux dire Ã©viter d'aller a 6005 mÃ©tropolitaine est MontrÃ©al et vÃ©rifier toujours avec lui et demander qu'il fasse la facture avant que vous partez , il pourra mettre n'importe quoi sur la facture .ABDELHAKIM G.

arrive to the pickup place at time, we was waiting 2 hours for the truck! the guy in receiption he is looking to us stangely like we came to disturb him! after i drop my Truck at 3 Pm!! the guy took the key. he closed the contract after 2 days ! he charge me 100$ ( gas and other ) extra fees !!! i rent from UHAUl more than 100 time, i rented from this place 2 times; i did it because i dont have choice ! and it was the worst services !! becareful from this pickup locationMOHAMED B.
Truck was dirty and smelled of cigarette. It was a two wheel drive which couldn't even drive up the cottage's driveway, even completely empty. Terrible truck. We had to tow it to the road on asphalt for it to work.Jean Maxime L.

From the outside it's a little creepy and there is no sign. It's not written â€œperformance 4x4â€ anywhere so we tought we were at the wrong place except for the uhaul car in the parking. We tought the place was closed because of a red X made in tape in the principal door. Nothing to say against the service on the phone and at the pickup location everything was grÃ©Ã¢t and the truck was clean. The Price is also really good compared to other services.Simon C.

How ridiculous is this customer service. I booked my truck a month ago for my move. The original booking was for a one way starting in Montreal and dropping in Boisbriand. The truck was supposed to be a 20 feet. When I showed up in the morning at 9am. The guy tells me that they only have 15 feet and the truck has to comeback at his original location. I mean if you make modification to an order it's the least you could do to let know your client. The sad thing is that it was the only truck so I had to take it. Seriously terrible service. I had been a solid uhaul renter in the past but never again. I would rate this order 0/10.MATTHIEU F.
