I have rented several trailers from this location and never made a complaint, there has been several times I’ve had to wait for stuff, trailers not ready, garbage in them, lights out, soft tires, no light cord and never complained just waited or rectified the issue myself but I brought this trailer back with a minimal amount of dirt because it was raining and they nailed me with the cleaning fee, I asked for something to clean it but was told they didn’t have anything … I’ll go elsewhere for now on

They stored the vehicle at an alternate location across and down the street. The U-Haul truck was returned the night before we were not notified as our original pick up was supposed to be at 10 AM. Alternate locations were given earliest pick up 12:15 pm the same day. The brakes seem to stick and a few times putting the break to the floor and having minimal grabbing for stoppage. The vehicle was clean.

The location is excellent. The only issue I had was not with the location itself, but with booking. I reserved ahead, long in advance, and I could not book where I live, in Woodstock. This location is 35 minute drive away from Woodstock.

The trailer was clean on the inside but really dirty on the outside. On your website you have the option selecting a hitch but the hitch is not a rental and you have buy one at the store/location of pick up I selected that I needed a hitch and had to pay for it with credit card and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn’t rent them that I had to buy another one that the one I pay for online was shipped to my house not impressed about that at all.

Equipment was clean and well maintained EXCEPT that the air conditioner was not working. The air that came out was slightly cool but not sufficient to do anything in 30+C temperatures. All it did was keep the air moving. I reported it the the agent on my return and was told that ghey were not aware of the problem.

Had difficulty with the app check-in for the vehicle, it kept booting me out and then the link expired. This would not work at all for my elderly parents, but i am assuming you would also have a visual paper check for those that do not have the cellular technology .Daniel phone - on line was very helpful and ensured I got checked in. Started off experience frustrated. Good amount of selection of trucks to rent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We had a fuel cap light on that could not be fixed. Truck worked with out issue.

The unit we had rented needed steering repaired. Steering linkage was badly worn. Should be replaced. I rent from this location quite often . Is a good agent.

Overall the truck was tidy enough but still had to sweep out some dirt and refuse before I would load anything into the truck. I would also prefer picking up a fully fueled vehicle. No easy to gage how much to put into the tank when returning

I went to the location and the store was closed and there was no truck. It took me 4 hours to get another truck and we had to drive like 30km to get it. It was the worst experience ive ever had moving and it was my birthday.

I don't normally complain however this vehicle was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, someone's Sweat shirt was left in it as well. The other portion was the approval and sign in. I had done as much pre sign in to book it, then when I get there there was so much more. Driver license, 3 contacts and details, added in web connections not working. If you do the online with the app then get all that pre rental, then all you have to do is take the condition of the vehicle pictures and get the keys. lastly the tailgate lock did not work and we had to find a rock to make it open.

I have used uhaul many times and The service is usually fine. But this place was horrible experience. The person/ at the gas station counter was extremely unprofessional. Waited to be served in between gas customers. Made me feel like it was an inconvenience to be there. Rushed through setting up contract didn't explain weekend rates. And I had to provide pictures to make it convenient for him. At the end when I returned vehicle gave him keys and he continued to complete contract and he proceeded to use the keys I handed him to pick his ear wax. Disgusting. One of the worst experiences I had. That person should not be serving people. Uhaul can do better.

This is the busiest site, he is pumping propane, servicing gas customers and we had to wait a long time but he is a very well organized man who was able to manage it all. I just think on a Saturday which is his busiest day, maybe he should hire one extra person to do the cash as he is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I felt badly for him but that is the reality

Why is the gas tank not full. It was only quarter tank and makes it really difficult to guess how much gas to replace, or is there a reason for this
